I just completed one year of Invisalign with Dr. Gluck and highly recommend it! My dentist originally suggested veneers as the only option to move my midline (where your two front teeth meet) as mine was way off to a side. I have never felt so welcomed or appreciated by a business or doctor's office. They make you part of their family--I've even met their stunning and very sweet wives. Dr. Gluck, his son, Dr. JonO, Cindy--the whole crew, have always made me leave there with a smile (no pun intended). They always know my name when I come in, I've received thank you notes, they're always complimentary of my fashion choices (which was a boost of confidence when I was going through a very nasty divorce), and they've even played the part as my therapist--lol! I had braces as a teen, but crowding happened after wisdom teeth came in; and as an adult, I thought it would be awkward going back to an orthodontics' office, but they made me very comfortable. Now, my teeth are beautiful again, and I get compliments all the time on how beautiful and straight my teeth are; I owe it all to Gluck Orthodontics. I visited this practice on 1/27/22 and had an issue with being charged $115 for a 5-minute encounter. The practice read my review and the owner sent a personal E-mail apologizing and has rectified the issue in less than 24 hours. This quick turnaround speaks of an owner that cares about their business and wants to be fair and ethical. They spoke with their scheduling and financial teams and are using this as an opportunity to revisit their scheduling process to ensure appropriate patient booking, transparency about their office visit costs, and what is financially appropriate to charge when checking patients' retainers. read more

Dr. Gluck and Dr. JonO Gluck are amazing, as are all the incredible staff at this office. I was referred here by my dentist, Dr. Hadley to essentially secure a top molar that was starting to drop due to the lower tooth extraction I'd had a couple years ago. Gluck Orthodontic staff walked through the options with me and I ultimately decided to go with getting screws, or TADS, placed in my jaw to hold a chain across my tooth and pull it back up into place. They made the process as simple as possible and put up with me when a TAD popped out, and had to screw another back in. I had to schedule last minute appts. a few times and they were extremely accommodating and gracious. They worked with my budget and I love that they make the retainers in house! My reason for coming here wasn't for your average braces, but I'd highly recommend them for any orthodontic work! read more

Went in for a consultation and frankly felt as though I was keeping the doctor from something more important. He glazed over one child's recommendation and moved onto the second. He did not treat with kind bedside manner. Needless to say we went with a different and much more thoughtful approach to my child's orthodontic needs. I am disappointed as when I met with the older Dr Gluck at green hills park festival I felt as though we would have been in good hands, but that's not the same care the younger Dr. Gluck gave during our consultation. read more

Gluck Orthodontics is a great practice. The staff are always warm and friendly and do all they can to ensure my child's comfort. They go above and beyond and exude professionalism, high quality service, flexibility, and customer satisfaction. Their office staff worked with me to utilize my insurance and flexible spending care account so affordability was not so daunting. Going to their office is always a pleasure! They have the most clever marketing; they have the cutest take home goodies (thermal color changing pencils, clever reminder cards, etc). My daughter loves those pencils as well as the office contests they usually have going on that engage the kids. Over the past couple of years, we have grown to know the staff and I must say..they are all great with my teenager. They have such amazing and friendly staff! Additionally, the gourmet coffee maker/station, free wifi, and a charging station for your phone are a few things I personally love about their office. I have literally powered up my laptop and worked in their office while waiting for my daughter to finish her appointment. What do these people not think of? 13 years ago I got my braces off ( done by Gluck) and today I went back to get a new retainer. It hit me that now I notice a lot of different things when I walk into a business. We absolutely love Dr Gluck and his staff! The moment you walk in the front desk is so kind with you and your child. The orthodontist and his staff do such a beautiful job on my child's mouth and are so sweet with her! When she's all done they let her choose from a bunch of different types of Popsicles and ice cream and even have a pain reliever if you're not going right home and your child's mouth is sore! I could not ask for a better place to take care of my child and her mouth. We came in with a crooked overcrowded mouth and her teeth are now straight and beautiful!
