We were looking for a second home in Escondido to be able to visit family more often. When we were in the Bay Area and saw a house that was open for viewing, Greg would FaceTime with us showing us around and recorded video so we could get a closer look. During escrow, we were able to sign everything electronically, which made it incredibly convenient being 500 miles away. They were present during home inspections when we couldn't be, and recorded videos of the inspector sharing his findings. On the day of the final walk-through, Greg generously provided lunch for me, my mom, and sister. Greg made the entire home-buying process painless and stress-free. He always made sure we were kept up-to-date on the latest information, shared referrals for any upgrades we wanted to do, and was present at the home when we couldn't be.
