Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. The contract stated that they would clean up their mess, but because my yard service arrived they figured it was okay for my yard service to clean up the mess. Anthony asked about one pile of pine straw in the front yard on the lawn, as we were speaking, the yard guy swept it up and I said well that answers that question. But then when I came outside to plant my rose bushes they are covered with pine straw and all the debris that came from the roof and gutters. I reached out through text and instead of getting offered a solution to the problem which I would have been okay because I just wanted to let them know that they did not complete the agreement all I got was my yard service was supposed to do it! That wasn't the agreement. My yard guys quoted $200, I ended up paying 225 for Joe. I was okay with the price since they were here on scene and I didn't want to waste their time. This was an incident that could have easily been resolved but all this going back and forth was not necessary. I didn't want to continue to text so I made the call and Joe was not professional yelling over me causing me to escalate to get my point across and me eventually just hanging up the phone. The last thing I should have had to do is argue with someone about what my yard guy should be doing when they we're never part of the contract with Joe gutters. As a matter of fact they shouldn't have never asked about my yard guy services they should have did what I paid them to do. Joe had the audacity to tell me next time I need to schedule my yard people for another day that's none of their business, and has nothing to do with Joe gutters. Not to mention that they've been coming for days they finally arrived sending texts everyday that they're coming and finally came. He always says if something is not done right he make sure somebody comes back to correct it! I Would like to get the same service technician each time but not always possible. Paul was amazing ! I was impressed with a lot of safety measures he maintained. Such as making sure someone held his ladder to spot him, also having his lifeline held he'll ask another crew member to hold it . Something that always scared me on previous appointments. I will definitely use the service again!

I was then told that "Oops, yesterday we rescheduled you for 1-4 pm. Someone should have called you." OK, so now I have wasted 3 hours of my day that I had to take off work and you now want to waste 3 more? I then asked to be rescheduled for another day. I was then told that they would move my appointment to the next week and that I would be told THE DAY BEFORE what time window they would show up. Wait, what?! So you want me to have to tell my job that I can't be there in less than 24 hours?! No, boo boo. Cancel it altogether. After some emails with the team lead, we are scheduled again for August.
