HomeSmart was the only company that showed up and handed over a packet with a copy of their liability policy within. They even arranged to have a representative present to walk through the inspection with our insurance company adjuster. Indeed, they totally did the hand-holding thing for my mother whenever she requested it. And the new roof is looking good! (I'd say it looks better than the original roof.) They finished the job on the 2nd day and cleaned up any mess they'd left. Later, they came back to the house to once again meet and talk with our insurance company on extra damage they'd noticed on the gutters. About a week later, we had new gutters (and covers). This company came out within a few weeks and followed up in between to schedule the appointment. Basically, our down spout was repaired and cleared. They were definitely worth the price - we haven't had the issue again and our yard doesn't flood with water.
