The procedure started out simple but ended challenging. BUT Dr J and Shawn walked me thru it. (Shawn even let me beat him up a little). It took a LOT of jokes and 'are you ok's'. Plenty of consoling. The main orthodontist isn't educated enough to be working on anyone's teeth's and the assistants... I don't know where any of them went to school but it seems like their first time doing anything each appointment. Do not waste your time & money coming here, they don't care about you and only want money. They expected me to pay AGAIN if I wanted to get my bite fixed, but they couldn't do it the first time? And the receptionists are the most incompetent and rude group of people Ive ever seen work at a clinic, literally soulless & lack any amount of empathy. I explained my frustration with one of them and all they did was stare and smirk as if it was funny to them.
