The estimate was way too high to get the cavities filled at the time, so all I had was a cleaning/gross scale. I had not had had any dental work since then, until now. Recently, and now with dental insurance, I have been to two different dentists who have told me I only have 1 cavity. The most recent one demonstrating the proof to me. I told the dentist knowing my wisdom teeth needed removal I opted for removal instead of repair. I thought was my last tooth was broken but it was the wall of the one next to it. The dentist viewed my mouth, heard my reason for the visit when ahead and extracted the last tooth leaving my broken tooth unattended or me informed. After a couple days during the healing process (I got stitches) I realized I was still feeling a serrated edge and bleeding. I went back to their office and discovered they extracted the tooth that was not broken or needed urgent attention. It's been 4 days since my return and I was promised a call regarding the situation, to date none was received. My tooth issue was not resolved and I am out over $300.

Apparently they are changing systems and they didn't update the new one with my son's appointment. The hygienist left for the day and that was it. Nothing they could do but reschedule. Not even remorseful that I took time off from my job to do this appointment. Super inconsiderate, and the front desk lady has been cold and snotty like that every time. I called back after leaving told her to cancel the appointment and that I will find another dentist. Do not go there, was a waste of time and my hours for work I missed. That woman up front is the first impression of that place, I stayed because of the techs. But her negligence of doing her job and being cold is what drove me out. And will drive out other clients. That office needs better from staff.

She informed me step by step during my 3 cavity filling procedure and ensured I was comfortable and didn't feel any pain. The procedure didn't take long at all considering I had 3 cavities. Overall, she was excellent. This was a Saturday appointment and the wait time was at a minimum. On my second visit, I was supposed to have a teeth whitening. The solution ended up touching my gums at the top and the bottom of my mouth because the dental assistant did not secure my gums correctly. The treatment needed to be stopped due to this so I did not have my teeth whitened after all and instead I was molded for the whitening trays. I was told it would only take a week for them to be ready and I didn't get a call until like 3 weeks later. Overall, my experience with the whole whitening of my teeth was not pleasant. For my rating, I would give Dr. Carrol a 5 star, while giving my experience with the whitening a 1 star so that's how I came up with my 3 star rating. I plan to go back to see Dr. Carrol though because she was excellent. At this time, I will choose to get my teeth whitening done outside of their facility.

What should've been a simple filling turned into a downward spiral of unnecessary and poorly executed procedures. Not only did they botch the original filling, but they had to repeatedly file my tooth down--so much so that by the time they were done, there was practically nothing left for the crown to hold onto. Unsurprisingly, the crown popped off within six months. With the damage now done and the tooth more compromised than ever, the default suggestion was--what else?--a root canal. Not a thorough discussion of options, not a second look at the real issue, just a straight referral. And wouldn't you know it, the root canal ended up developing an infection, ultimately leaving me with no choice but to have the tooth pulled entirely. This could've all been avoided with better care, better insight, and better priorities. My advice? Skip the conveyor-belt dentistry model and seek out a holistic dental provider--where imaging is more detailed, your concerns are actually discussed, and options beyond the almighty root canal are explored. You deserve better than what this place offers.

It is a one stop shop for modern dental care. Dr Tabrizi is kind, honest, and professional. Holly the hygienist went above and beyond. I came in expecting a routine cleaning, but she immediately recognized I needed deeper care. She performed laser scaling (think of a water pick on crack), so intense it required numbing My teeth have never felt this clean. This made all of my prior cleanings feel like a joke. It's the fact that they're understaffed and overworked/booked. They have the lead assistant doing almost everything for the doctor. Sometimes, the doctor is not even there. The problem here lies with the doctor, always asking incredibly personal questions and leaving most of the work to the assistant. Aesthetically, the place is awful. It's dirty, the walls are badly painted, and the decor doesn't match. The TV's are outdated and they rely on a fan for air. The service is bad due to the doctor not doing their job. Please, find another orthodontist. This place is unreliable. I have gone here for years for my braces but now that the braces are off I will never go back again. They want to work on you before asking/telling you what they're doing. Better off somewhere else.
