When I asked why this happens so frequently, the staff explained that the doctor is supposed to arrive on time, but clearly, that's not the case. It seems the doctor has little regard for her patients' time and shows up whenever she feels like it. I take time off work to be here, and they can't even show the courtesy of being on time. After time passed, assistant told me to go to front office because they were backed up and no longer had free time for me to be seen. Got sent to the front and the receptionist scheduled me to go back at 3:00pm to get my extraction done.
