I wish I had got my car windows tinted sooner. It's professional quality service and material. The communication before drop-off was excellent. They answered every question I had -- and I had a lot. Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend Aesthetic Styling, especially for anyone who is particular about their vehicle and values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

Also, leave the car in the sun at various points to help the film cure so it doesn't bubble. Well, by God, I waited six days rolling down windows today. everything's fantastic! Price was reasonable, in and out about 30 minutes, thanks Tint heads you did a great job. Tip for customers . When your installers, tell you a timeframe not to roll down the windows and make sure you leave the car in the sun so the window film can cure... Please listen to them and adhere to what they tell you, it'll make your life a lot easier.

The people that work there don't know anything about the products they are selling. I got lights put on that went out in a few months then I had to go back to get them replaced at no extra charge. The GM said it would be three hours o sat and waited for my truck for about 6 hours before I asked no one came to me for an update, to be told that they had a couple hours left for them to work in my vehicle. So, I called for a ride and left my truck over night. The next day I had to call them at about 2pm to get the status of my truck. No customer service what so ever. I finally got my truck back and the didn't put my key back to my wheels and had to mail it to me. They put a metal key in a regular paper envelope. I received the envelope with no key in it. I have to now take more time out of my day for their incompetence to get the locks replaced on my truck. They did say they would reimburse me. Yay!!! Do not waste your money in this place, go somewhere they appreciate your time and hard earned money. The one star is because you have to give something. They are horrible.
