With a 5 year old and 2 dogs I was worried about going in to the weekend with no AC. She told me they would be out from 3-5 that afternoon. Weston was here about 3:30 and surveyed the situation......looks like a snake decided to wrap itself around my fan motor shaft...took it apart, tested the motor which ended up bad. While the weather was turning colder, the house was getting pretty chilly, especially at night. We survived with our electrical heater for the first two nights. I was surprised when I received a call from A/C Doc on Sunday. We were able to schedule a time for Monday. He gave us a 2 hour window and arrived within that time. Not only did our service tech arrive and solve our issue but the owner stopped by to be sure we were completely covered. They went above and beyond to even assist us in installing a few extra items to our vents. Will definitely call them (or request them through our home warranty service provider) if ever we need assistance again.They were very knowledgable and helpful.

They came out said it was fixed. On Saturday January 10th, system iced up again. Called them the lady said said there wasn't a tech available and someone would cal.today is Jan 13and no return phone call. They say they're open 24hrs. No Sundays. They offer 10yr.parts 1 for labor!!! We got a bill for labor on a unit installed 6 months ago. They don't stand behind thier word and this is poor business. Fixed a mistake that the installers made, 10 years ago, and that other big companies (the one with the big pink trucks) had never noticed on multiple occasions. Fixed the whole outdoor unit for the same price as what the big guy was wanting just to clean it. Highly recommend to my friends and family!
