He even took the time to drive to Home Depot to purchase a simple adhesive to apply to a zip-tie connection to the applicable valves. Joshua's honesty and transparency were evident when I explained an issue with my Delta Touchless faucet that may need replacing. He was very upfront about his skills before agreeing to the work. However, it turned out to be a simple job that did not require work he was not able to complete. This level of honesty made me feel secure and confident in his services. It takes 90 minutes + to get to 180 degrees but still doesn't hold the temp well - its routinely at 175 when I get out. I have shown them that the heater is not pulling enough electricity to heat the area (power is available) indicating a defective heater. Jeff - the ops manager doesn't care. "Call the manufacturer" is his solution.
