Last time they still did not take credit cards so that's my only big problem with it. This is cash or checks only. For a small store it has plenty of different items. It has lots of awesome supplements. These are fairly priced compared to Kroger and places like that. It doesn't cost that much of a difference. Most of the staff has lots of experience so they know the best products. Everyone talks about how the owner Mr. Weber is very helpful. The rest of the staff is usually helpful too. A few times they seem to be too slow. They do keep and order the best items so this helps make up for that. It has a good variety of health items. Prices are okay. The service is a bit spotty but they're usually able to help you.

Foods include many interesting protein bars. The prices are better than many other places. Food is my favorite thing to get. It has all kinds of meal replacement bars, which are convenient to eat if you're in a hurry. These include lots of good looking protein bars and things. It's about $2 for a protein bar. They also have all kinds of balms and ointments. Come here after getting bit by mosquitoes. It sells some of the best ointments that soothes the skin. They have lots of cruelty free products completely safe for you. Also come here to get supplements. They have tons of protein powders and vitamins. It's about $30 for some containers. I would first like to say that your parking lot was very unkept, so seeing lines to guide where parking spaces were wasn't an option for me. Crooked? It was probably the giant snow drift making my car appear that way. Private parking? Again, no sign I could see in front of that spot. But the point I would like to make is I was a potential customer. I was looking forward to checking out your store as a local business for some of the supplements that I take on a regular basis on my way out. However, you were closed for the evening, and I was left this nasty little note taped to the window of my vehicle. I'm sorry that my car parked in an otherwise empty parking lot made you so mad. May I suggest cracking open a bottle of ashwagandha and maybe go for a massage. Clearly you have some anger issues. I most recently stopped in today, and as always it was a solid experience from start to finish. The store is bright, spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout the employees are always so personable, greeting every customer. The produce section is always impressive - everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of organic options. I also love to gaze at exotic fruits while shopping. During this trip I picked up some tropical cold pressed juice and WTR MLN WATER. The latter is my addiction, it's watermelon water that's cold pressed. I find it very refreshing and hydrating. I also love coming to this store for their cheese assortment and chocolate. Both have impressive selection and you can never go wrong with any choices. I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Overall it's a great spot for high-quality groceries and quick meals on the go.

I've been eating healthier and so I had been searching for a nearby spot that could cater to my new dietary needs. Enter Parma Nutrition. It's a small little spot in a pretty quiet strip mall on pearl, honestly I must have passed it four times before realizing it was there. The inside is white and clean, minimal seating which was kind of a bummer because I had to take my shake to go but I won't ding them. The girl, I didn't her her name (I'm sorry!!) was super helpful, explained the process and the nutrient components of each thing. You do a tea and a shake combo, or you can split it with someone. I got a cake batter shake and it was absolute heaven. Made with Herbalife which I'm very familiar with and I know that Macro wise it fits right into my allowances daily. Really my only faux pa was the seating and that I feel like the menu should be big and clear to see, instead they have a little laminated sheet with their inventory and not for nothing it was a little annoying. The music was on point and the atmosphere was perfect. All in all I really think they have potential to do some awesome things, maybe think about adding some small wraps or salads. Having the macros would also be helpful because I feel like most clients who are going there are health conscious and possibly counting calories or carbs.
