Dr. Evans' calm, patient, and caring demeanor is what practitioners and service professionals should demonstrate but she is a rare gem. In the wake of my current life: stress from work, grad school, dealing with side effects from cancer treatment and the loss of my only sweet child, Dr. Roye Evans treatment couldn't have come at a more critical time in my life. I'm truly grateful for her approach to care and the time she dedicates to my session as if I'm her only patient. Apparently not really…read more They emailed a couple of days after I placed the order to inform me of the backorder which I apparently missed as I was out of town. 10 days after placing the order I emailed them wondering where it was and noticed the item was still listed as available and in stock. They responded promptly and offered to cancel the order. According to the company there are only 2 employees and they cannot possibly keep up with everything. Without being asked they went ahead and canceled the order. Obviously I will not be doing business with them again which is obviously what they wanted. I just read the other one star review. Exactly! A product that I was having difficulty finding anywhere let alone at a good price, free shipping etc.... Sound too good to be true? Apparently!
