The…read moreworkouts are in group style, where you spend time at stations before rotating to the next workout. Cost-wise, it's reasonable. They have an app where you are able to review the different muscle groups that will be worked on a particular day. As an example, tomorrow could be "Lower Body Strength." The trainers are all motivating. It's a fun environment, and I'm glad I am able to add this to my workout routine.

I have a question for the manager. What is the point of online ordering if you don't start the…read moreorder until the customer arrives? When I arrived there was one person behind the counter but it turned out that there were two other employees in the back and no other customers. So the one employee started my order but then some other customer came in so he stopped and waited on them. That is when the second employee made her appearance but couldn't be bothered to get off her phone so she continued making my order holding her phone with her shoulder and at one point she went back into the back room. The original employee looked confused and apparently started making the new order while the phone girl was in the back. Mind you, I had ordered 15 minutes before I arrived. So the phone girl came out from the back-phone in hand-eventually on her shoulder added some ingredients then put my order on the blender. So, again I ask - what is the point of ordering with the app if you don't attempt to make it before the customer arrives? Also, why are your employees aloud to be on their phone while serving your customers?

I got the Keto Champ, and he did ask if I wanted Espresso or Cold Brew with it and when I asked which was better, he gave me a suggestion of Espresso, which I appreciated. However, when I got my drink, the cup was dirty from him spilling some of the smoothie & he didn't bother to wipe it, instead opting to just hand me a dirty cup. My smoothie was pretty good so I will keep it at 2 stars, but if they happen to see this, I would love to tell management that I'm not someone that needs the type of customer service where you have to jump through hoops, even though I appreciate it when establishments do. I'm pretty easy going, and the customer service was awful to me, meaning if you have customers who are a stickler for, oh I don't know, being treated decently, you might've gotten a different, less calm, experience.

The customer service as well as the products here are phenomenal and I guarantee once you come here you're going to come back.

Dr. Evans' calm, patient, and caring demeanor is what practitioners and service professionals should demonstrate but she is a rare gem. In the wake of my current life: stress from work, grad school, dealing with side effects from cancer treatment and the loss of my only sweet child, Dr. Roye Evans treatment couldn't have come at a more critical time in my life. I'm truly grateful for her approach to care and the time she dedicates to my session as if I'm her only patient. She asks the deep questions that I can only process in my mind such as have you been creating? How is your sleep and how is your dreaming? Questions and concerns that many won't ask....if I could have a Dr. Roye in my life for all of my health providers I would be in the best shape of my life. Thank you for your care Dr. Roye. I literally have to take off work just to get on her calendar but it's all worth it!!!! She made recommendations for my Healthcare needs and I can't wait to try them!! The store is clean but the staff member that I have encountered the last two times that I stopped by this location is not friendly. She was very chatty with the person before me but somewhat acerbic in tone when assisting me. Instead of roaming around the store aimlessly, I thought it would be easier to request assistance. I am not sure if that was an issue but it appeared that way. I will stick with online purchases or visit another location.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I bought a bunch of vitamins and self care in the discount shelf. I…read moredidn't specifically go there to look at that shelf... but that is where I ended up getting things to buy. Originally, we went there to pick up B12 vitamins in the lowest mcg for my dad because his doctor said 1,000 mcg was too much for him. Most places I looked had 1,000 and above. We found the right kind of vitamins here. The price was decent. When we first walked in the lady working at the counter looked soooo ready to go home. They must have had a shift change in between because I eventually saw her huffing walking towards an employee only room and then huffing on the way out. She clearly was in a huff. On the plus side, the girl who checked us out was nice. I liked her! Now back to these discount items! I ended up purchasing two Dr. Bronner's bar soaps, two African black soap deodorant, Mega Food daily vitamin, two Mega Food Elderberry immune support gummies, and a plant based rest and repair nighttime power you add to water. The discount ranged from 25-75% off! The store has so many choices of vitamins that it is very overwhelming unless you know exactly what you are going there for. The prices are high compared to other places that I would pick up my vitamins (ie Costco, Amazon, Target, CVS). The location is a tad out of the way to just pick up vitamins, but I'm glad I stopped in for those discount items which BTW all expires late 2022.
