The Korean cauliflower bites were so flavorful and still crispy even with the sauce on. The service was great and the manager was really involved, came up to tables multiple times to see how everything was, make sure our drinks were full, and to hand out napkins. Ambiance was average for a typical brewery. Food was great, but the prices were out there as well which shows in the quality of the food. Might have been my mistake but the ribeye was very rare and fatty, but that might be how the cut of the steak is usually. Not pictured is the breaded chicken sandwich that was huge and delicious as well.

The ladies bathroom was very cute and deserved an honorable mention! I didn't have any drinks as I had to go to work, but I heard they were excellent and I believe the man who served us said one of their beers was award-winning! I'm sure you'll get the run-down when you arrive but if not just ask and they will break down their drinks for you. I ordered the brisket sandwich and subbed my fries with a salad, with the house vinaigrette. The salad was excellent and so was the house dressing. The pine nuts were a nice touch. The brisket had their Dr Pepper BBQ sauce which was delicious! My friend ordered the pork slider, also with that BBQ sauce, and enjoyed his as well. His fries were well-seasoned. My meal came with coleslaw, which was a hearty portion. I gave it to my friend as I'm not a big coleslaw fan. He was happy with it until the layer of sauce was gone (see my photo) and then he said it was dry and was confused why it wasn't stirred in. So I guess if you get the coleslaw, make sure you stir it first! I don't know much about coleslaw so maybe this would be obvious to others. Service was very friendly and personable. A good option if you're in Comfort Inn or a nearby hotel and don't want McDonald's or Pizza Hut!

A dear friend drove to Buffalo from NYC to volunteer at an event and after a long day volunteering,…read morethey were looking for a hearty meal and some good drink. Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!

Have been here several times before and this was the first time seated in the bar. The bar area is not as loud as the back room but still loud. Our server was attentive and there was too much food to take any pics. We started with coffee and cocktails followed with nachos and tots. I had coffee a mule some of the appetizers followed by the fried green tomato blt. There were also 2 different pizza's a burger, waffles, stuffed French toast, vegetable frittata, chicken and waffles, sou & salads and so much more. Most of the food was good, a few said it was just ok. If I come back I would definitely sit in the bar area or outside. The parking lot is very large so I've always been able to find a space. They also had to put a deposit to hold the reservation , I'm only to assume it was because it was a holiday.

We ordered nachos, but the chicken was unappetizing and had a grayish hue. We could not eat it and ended up with stomach aches. I also ordered a roast beef sandwich, but I felt off from the nachos and decided to box it up. The next day when I went to take a bite, I noticed what looked like blood on the sandwich. I reached out via email and Instagram but never received a response. I'm very upset and won't be returning. The atmosphere was fine and there was a ton of people in there, but I would never eat there again unfortunately.
