A friend and I came to The Ridge West Seneca earlier in 2026 for a late dinner, well, he had dinner and I enjoyed a few St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktails. After seeing his dinner though, I was kicking myself for not ordering food. Recently, I had the opportunity to rectify that and I'm glad I did! Around 5:30pm on a Thursday, I pulled into the huge parking lot (which looking at my first review, is now paved!) and found a spot pretty close to the main entrance. Walking in, there's a host stand straight ahead with a brewery to the right and the dining room to the left. I took a moment to wander around and came away impressed with how large The Ridge West Seneca is. Afterward, I found most of my group had been seated at a both right near the entrance. Cups and glass bottles of water were spread out and menus were laid in front of us. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to order but looking over the menu, The Ridge has a great variety of food. Our waitress was great with our group of five, one being a (almost) two-year-old. Our waitress was friendly, personable, did a great job checking on us throughout the evening, I know I was at ease throughout the evening. After a few minutes looking at the menu, we all placed our orders and then sat back and caught up. As I mentioned earlier, it's very spacious inside with music playing over the speakers, some TVs playing sports, and plenty of people enjoying the evening. I've seen The Ridge advertise their outdoor patio and seeing it in person, it looked awesome! The turnaround time from ordering to our dinners arriving was very reasonable, what I would expect for a group our size. For dinner, I ordered their Rustler Burger (8 oz. burger topped with cheddar cheese, a couple strips of bacon, BBQ sauce, crispy onion strings, fried jalapenos, and siracha aioli between a toasted brioche bun), cooked "medium", with a side of fries and their roasted red pepper fry sauce. The burger was excellent!! A hearty patty, cooked to a perfect "medium", topped with nice, big, crispy pieces of bacon, nicely melted cheddar cheese and plenty of crispy onion strings and fried jalapenos on both the top and bottom! The siracha aioli was creamy with a nice spicy, slightly sweet flavor. The fries were cooked perfectly - not soft but not crunchy, perfectly crispy and nicely seasoned. The roasted red pepper fry sauce had a thick texture and great, almost smoky flavor. They have several other fry sauces to pick from so I'll switch it up the next time I come. The portion sizes here are excellent - I've been to other restaurants where their side of fries is... weak, but The Ridge West Seneca, between the generous amount of fries and the big burger, I was far from disappointed! For the price, between the excellent quality and great portions, I thought the price was in-line, very reasonable! I, and the group I was with, had a great experience at The Ridge West Seneca! Friendly staff, great food (both quality and portions), and a cool atmosphere. This place will definitely be added to my frequent dining locations! An absolute hidden gem in West Seneca. Decent prices for large portions of amazing food. We got the Viking Stinger Mac and Sunrise Smash burger. Both phenomenal dishes, and the French fries were some of the best I've had in the area. Make sure that if you're getting the Mac that you're ready to carb load because this was definitely not a healthy dish but a great indulgence. The restaurant itself has a relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining along with a bar. Inside was a bit noisier so we went outside and even though it's off a main road, the vibe was still good. Service was quick for a Sunday evening. I loved the outdoor space! It was perfect for our group, which tends to be on the louder side. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to get the bartenders' attention at times. I told myself I was going to try something new since they have great happy hour specials from 4-6 PM on weekdays, but I couldn't resist the Everything Wedge Salad. No regrets, it was delicious. One of our friends brought her puppy and was thrilled to discover they have a dog menu. Such a cute touch! Overall, it's a great spot for groups, with a fun atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space, and solid food. No complaints here! read more

I came here with some friends for Trivia Night. We sat on the brewery side and it was nice to order at the counter. I ordered the Garlic Parm boneless wings but was disappointed. The chicken was dry and there was too much breading. The flavoring was pretty good. Perhaps I came on a bad night or need to order something else. read more

We usually avoid going out for dinner on Valentine's Day but this year we took a chance. We were able to get a last minute reservation for The Ridge. We had a great experience! It was reservations only today. Not sure if it was due to staffing or intentional, but we appreciated it. On a day when they could have easily had the dining room full it wasn't. It wasn't too loud. Food came out quickly and was delicious. My husband had a Ridge IPA and I had a strawberry fizz. For dinner he enjoyed the buffalo stinger mac and cheese and my sausage and vodka sauce pasta was fantastic. I apologize but I do not remember our server's name but she was wonderful! I'm learning very quickly that these little breweries are great places to grab a little lunch. They serve more than just standard pub fare, such as wings, fingers, fries and onion rings, pizzas to name a few. They offer big salads, hot platters of Italian specialties, and savory soup. My friends and I went for dinner tonight and 3 out of 4 were disappointed. I ordered lettuce wraps and they had no flavor. Two friends had the fish fry. Fish was over fried until it was almost black. Pasta salad had no flavor but the fries were good. My other friend had the sunrise burger an liked it. But for $22 for a burger and fries I hope so. Won't be back. I've been wanting to stop here for quite some time and today was the day. Walking in I was surprised at how spacious and upscale the place felt. After I sat down within a few moments the incredibly friendly waitress had the drink order and food orders moving. The wings and weck was the choice of the day with the Viking sauce that I've read so much about. They were crispy and average in size. Viking sauce was a great balance of spicy and rich flavors. I wanted a side of that sauce to dip in... and with all my wing reviews I always comment on the bleu cheese... mild flavor with a healthy amount of smaller crumbles. It's a honorable mention in my yelp reviews. A piled high lunch sized roast beef was also included... a healthy amount of salt and weck on the bun and probably some best roast beef I've had in a while. It was so incredibly tender and the sandwich alone was filling. Fries were crispy and a good handful to go with the meal... I'm seriously glad I finally came here, the ridge's reputation on yelp definitely is well deserved. Can't wait to come back. read more

If you have never been here before one thing you need to brace yourself for is the fact that everything takes forever, getting a drink, getting food or even getting waited on. Believe it or not it is not the server, we have been to this place many times, no matter who the server is and we have never had the same server twice, its always the same. We ordered the wings crispy but they were just the opposite, pretty soggy and you would think they would have been crispy or at least not so soggy considering how long everything took. Went here for Mothers Day brunch. There were 12 of us so we sat at a long hightop table in the bar area. Have been here several times before and this was the first time seated in the bar. The bar area is not as loud as the back room but still loud. Our server was attentive and there was too much food to take any pics. We started with coffee and cocktails followed with nachos and tots. I had coffee a mule some of the appetizers followed by the fried green tomato blt. There were also 2 different pizza's a burger, waffles, stuffed French toast, vegetable frittata, chicken and waffles, sou & salads and so much more. Most of the food was good, a few said it was just ok. If I come back I would definitely sit in the bar area or outside. The parking lot is very large so I've always been able to find a space. The food was alright. We have been a couple times and appetizers have always been good, but we ordered dinner this time and it was just ok. I'm not sure if our server Lauren was busy or overwhelmed with the number of tables she had, but she came over to our table maybe three times total. We had to ask for refills and more water before it was brought to the table. Some of the food and sauces were missing when food was brought over and we had to ask the runner to grab them for us as well as another refill. Overall, we will continue to come back. Came for an event so I can only review the beer tap area. They have the pour your own set up where you pay by the ounce. As someone that likes trying different beers I love these. Pretty good selection the day we were there including some of their own as well as other craft beers. Prices were good. read more

Started out with the Burnt ends poutine, good amount of fries, big chunks of fried cheese nuggets, fair amount of burnt end and smothered with gravy, delicious! Then I had the Reuben good amount of braised corned beef, sauerkraut , Swiss cheese on marble rye, very delicious! The wife had a burger with avacodo, it was delicious but a big messy! Both had fries, they were heavily salted but good . We had to have more beers ( I guess that's the point) the prices are average . the service was very slow, the time wasn't the issue it was the slow waitress. It was not busy on a Wednesday. Came here before heading to Spinners. It was PACKED and I'm not sure if that is their normal Saturday crowd or if it was due to the Kentucky Derby being on. We were still able to be seated though; it's a pretty big place. I asked for a sweet alcoholic beverage and the waitress was thinking ... I asked if she had something with blue Caracao as most of those drinks are sweet. Unfortunately, it was very sour. It did have sour in it but I was thinking it would have a balance to it but it was just sour. So I personally wouldn't come for drinks .. better for someone who likes "real" drinks versus me who needs sugar to mask the flavor lol Everyone enjoyed their food and we all ordered very different items. I got the pretzel sticks ( there's everything, salted, or you can get unsalted like me). It comes with a side of queso and honey mustard. We accidentally came here on a Saturday morning thinking they had brunch - it's only on Sundays! Lol. Our mistake. Anyways it was good, I got a pizza and Matt got a burger. I really wanted the breakfast pizza but I had to get the vodka pizza with sausage. It was pretty good. We had delicious - very strong - bloodies because it was brunch time. Not a first time visitor. Have been here before and loved it. Tonight's visit was just ok. Waitress was just so/so. Not too pleasant. Started with the pretzels for an app. I forgot to take a pic but they are delicious. But the cheese and honey mustard are amazing. Both sandwich entrees were just ok. I do highly recommend getting the chips with the homemade French onion dip. The chicken wings were very overcooked. I have had a variety of experiences at The Ridge over the past few years, but I'm basing this review on my most recent trip as I heard they've had some new management within the restaurant. I came with my book club, which was a group of seven. Despite the large group we didn't have an issue getting a table and were seated in the main dining room. The acoustics of the space it can sometimes make it very difficult to hear, but they also have options for outdoor seating in good weather. Our server was Irma, who did an excellent job and even accommodated what I assume was a very annoying request for separate checks. Food in the past has been hit or miss, but everyone enjoyed their meals this time around. One person even said the Cesar salad was the best they've ever had! After some lackluster experiences in the past I'm glad things have made a turn for the better. read more

I came here for a craft night and really enjoyed this spot! I had never been before, and I believe it is newer. They have a restaurant side and a brewery side. In the brewery they have a wall of taps where you can get a card and pour your own. They have a bunch of different options, I went with a Resurgence Sour Claus which was delicious. Our group had appetizers and everything was delicious! The arancini was my favorite. I would go back for a full dinner! read more

This wasn't our first visit, but haven't been here in a while. To be honest, the food or service never disappoints. We usually get table on the restaurant-side, overall it's a very nice place. We always get a friendly server, everything we ordered has been delicious, every time we've been here. My only dislike (took off one star, but certainly not enough to keep us away,) is that it's very loud. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate dinner, this is not the place for you. The space is giant, with super high ceiling a walls, and as you can imagine the echoes are tremendous. Maybe we have to stop in when the weather is better and the patio is open. read more

First time eating at the ridge. The food was mostly good. I tried the cheeseburger soup which was a bit too thick for my preference and didn't really taste all that great. However I would definitely recommend the beef stir fry and their fries were so seasoned and good. The waitress was really nice and was pretty attentive considering how busy it was. The first time we went it was great. We were there during lunch hours, the food was good, and our waitress was attentive and accommodating. The second time we were there, for our anniversary, the food was not that great, our waitress was not very on point- not rude, but not really caring either, and I ordered a cocktail (blue crush) that I swear was devoid of alcohol. $12 for 3 blueberries and ginger ale is what it tasted like to me. I drink rarely, so for $12 I expected at least a shot in there- which I definitely would have felt. Was pretty disappointed overall. I guess I would suggest to go during times when it's not busy- even though it really wasn't when we were there last, but it was a Friday; maybe no one really wanted to work that day? We shared The Rustler. Good thing as it is a very nice sized burger, topped with fried jalapeños, two thick slices of bacon, cheddar,BBQ sauce, tobacco onions and sriracha aioli. This delicious burger is served with a huge pile of fries( there are other side options, like chips or macaroni salad) and a dipping sauce. We picked sriracha dipping sauce. This was a delightful lunch. I recommend sharing. All of the dishes ordered by our friends were easily sharable. They all took home doggy bags. read more
