Elderberry is coming next week! Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it's just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs. The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it's only 40 calories per 8 ounces! Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-free products - chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies...a fairly wide selection. The owner was not only open to hearing my criticism, but followed up on my complaints. He walked me through step by step what had happened, and said they are making tangible steps to improve the process. Based on this customer service, I will try the store again, with hopes that the improvements have been made. -- I bought a goat leg a year or so ago, and it was expensive, but I was okay with spending more for quality, and didn't have an issue. I recently came in to buy some more goat meat... I needed 2 lbs, but they only had 3 and 5 lbs packaged and that's all they were willing to sell, already packaged, already cut meat. I should have walked away then but I didn't. I bought the already packaged and already cut "bone in" meat. I've never before bought cut meat that was bone in, and when buying leg meat not stew meat, it's just plain weird. I am willing to pay more for quality, but I didn't get quality. The meat I bought was 1 lbs of bone, not usable for what I needed. So in reality I ended up paying not $13.99/lb but $48.55/1 lb and 13 ounces, a ridiculous price. I also feel a bit cheated, since when I weighed the meat it home, it was short by a good 1 lbs from what the package claimed. Now if the meat was good quality, that would be one thing. But the thing that really bothered me, and caused me to write this review, was the clear lack of care that went into butchering the meat. It clearly was not butchered at all, but sawed through, bone and all, into chunks. Bone dust was all over the meat, meaning I had to carefully rinse each piece to get off as much bone dust as possible. I know how to butcher meat, and should have done it myself, but this is just unacceptable from any place calling itself a butcher shop, let alone at these prices.

One of the cashiers complaining about a certain demographic that comes into the store without…read morebuying anything. Since when did entering a store without buying something become a crime? I go into stores without buying anything from time to time because they don't have what I'm looking for. Or I got into a store to browse to see what they do have and if they can be a store of service to my needs--most likely that is my first time visiting. Unless the demographic she was referring to steals items, she shouldn't have anything to complain about. She didn't say this demographic steals anything--she said they come into the store and don't buy anything. She is unbelievable. Her energy can be put it better use by asking how she can be of service. That female cashier complaining upon entering the store was very off-putting to any customer coming in to patron a business. I should've turned around and said something to her but I am practicing when to use my words wisely and I believe writing a review is more effective. I made my purchase and left. I didn't catch her name but her aura and her comments inappropriate. Complaining like that, especially when a customer enters--it's unprofessional, and possibly passive-aggressive. She needs to do better. Or hide her biases better.
