I had not and didn't know what it was until she explained in detail the health benefits of the shakes and teas. If you are expecting something like a Smoothie King, this is not that. The shakes are meal replacement shakes and they have several tea flavors. I went with a combo ordering both a shake and a tea. I ordered the Triple Berry tea which is Cranberry, Pomegranate and Razz ( raspberry, I assume) and it was good. It's not super sweet and it's flavorful. For the shake I ordered the Cafe Mocha. As you can see from the photos it was served so regular. No whipped cream, no chocolate drizzle, just plain. It isn't high in sugar and there are health benefits to the shake.
