The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable of the promotion. He answered all my questions and even tho they were very busy, they kept the line moving and taking customers' orders. I probably only waited no more than 7 minutes before I got my order. I could see all the team members working and getting things done. I did not order any food, but for now, I will stick with smoothies. The location was clean and all the employees were nice and I would come back here since I really enjoyed their smoothies.

I saw other workers inside mopping so I guess they were closing early? Frustrating it took 50 minutes and there wasn't even an apology from the service. Probably wouldn't recommend going to this location on any weekday, doesn't look like you're going to be in and out very quickly, or at least park an walk in, the drive thru has no exits, so once you're in you're stuck. If you go in at least you can get a refund and leave before the take 50 minutes to put ice and flavor in a cup.

Later that afternoon, I checked my pending bank transactions and noticed I was charged an additional $1.39. When I reached out to corporate, I was told the charge was valid because I asked for a "cold pour." I never asked for a cold pour I simply asked for no ice. If requesting no ice results in an additional charge, that should be clearly communicated at the time of ordering. Customers deserve the opportunity to decide whether they want to keep the ice or pay extra. Transparency matters. I am a frequent Dutch Bros customer, which makes this even more disappointing. It's not about the $1.39 it's about not being informed upfront. I hope management reviews this policy and ensures employees clearly communicate any additional charges moving forward.
