They sell traditional herbs and teas as well as some Taiwanese snacks and frozen foods, many of which I haven't seen since being in Taiwan. At that price point, there are a lot of nearby places with quality ingredients that taste better. I do love the mission and background of this restaurant. I read up a little bit about how the food is sourced. Consumers are definitely getting quality products here, but sometimes quality doesn't always transfer over as deliciousness. Yesterday I asked a new gentleman whose name is Manny and he's the "Meat Dept Mgr". He not only showed me where the ham rings now are found but was so delightful and funny that I'll be buying all of my meat from Sprouts going forward.
