I really enjoy this location! I always would go to grab an ice cold isopure protein drink after my physical therapy session. They always have many flavors to choose from and it just tastes the best on a hot summer day. I enjoy talking with the owner and sales clerk. This GNC is near my apartment so I've been here a handful of times already. The first time I came they randomly closed mid day and put yeah BRB by 2 sign. They were gone till three. The second time I come back I buy a pre workout that I had never tried before based on the manager's recommendation. He sales me on it and says don't worry if u don't like it just bring it back. I try it once think it's awful and I came back about 7 weeks later to return it. He recognized me and remembered he was the one who sold it too me , I tell him I want to exchange it and buy additional items. He gives me back only a fraction of the price I paid. Told me he couldn't override it. Hmm okay that's fine but u think him knowing he sold it to me and on top of that he made a comment on how it was completely full, and obviously not used that he would at least give me a discount or something. It was a brand new bottle with a receipt and he remembered selling it to me. Come on to only give me a small fraction of what I paid with the circumstances left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm going have to pass doing business here from now on as the items I like here are at many other stores and I'm not limited to gnc. read more

Just walked into this GNC for the first time and I was blown away with the first-class service! Sales man was quick to determine what product was best for my use through a series of questions. Then he served me some samples of protein and energy products that were just what I wanted. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. There are a handful of monosyllabic mouth breathers that staff this location who either give you blatant misinformation or are unable to answer basic questions at all. Plus, the parking lot is high traffic with narrow parking spaces, making this a really dangerous store to drive to or park near, if you actually care about maintaining the aesthetics of your vehicle. I'd recommend calling ahead to 100% make sure what you're looking for is actually at the store or, better yet, looking elsewhere. read more

Walked in the store at 554 pm on Sunday November 10th and the guy told me they are closed. I looked at the sign and said you close at 6 and his response was we actually close 5 minutes before 6. I sat outside and watched him walk out and lock up at 557. GNC needs to change their time on the door if they arent gonna honor their close time that is posted. 2 stars for the store having the products I needed! -3 for the customer service I received. I walked in for detox & energy supplements. I had been researching online and thank God I did because, the man there was 0 help! When we first entered he didn't say hello, how are you or anything just sat there on his phone. I walked over to him to ask where his detox supplements were he got up and immediately went and grab one off the shelf for weed...... ASSUMING that's what I wanted which was way to far from the truth I told him I needed the cleaner for body detoxing he showed me the one I had googled then he proceeded to talk on his phone. I'm new to the "fitness" lifestyle and was interested in plenty other things another customer came in and I just begin to inquire through him the question I wanted to know in which he was very helpful none the less, I don't think any more of my paycheck will flow through this particular location, I rather go on the other side of town and I live right down the street from here! read more

Got some coupons in the mail and wanted to use it so went to our local GNC. Came in looking for vitamins but realized you had to spend 40$ to use the coupon. Picked up some pre workout that was listed on the shelf at $70 which rang up at 40$ (GNC has two different prices listed member price and regular price) So we asked if we could use the coupon and she said yes she would honor it. This is when she thought we were buying vitamins and pre workout. When she realized we didn't want the vitamins anymore she said she would no longer honor the coupon for $10 dollars off of $40. So basically she said yes and then no meaning she can pick and chose whenever she wants to honor a coupon which is ridiculous. You can take it or you can't take it. Just because we didn't get both she did not want to honor it. No wonder there is absolutely no one in the store customer service is terrible! read more

I've been to several other GNC locations in this area and this one is by far the best! Patricia and Scott the Owners are great people, very helpful and insightful. Return policy at this GNC is also great. They do not try to swindle the customer at some point like most sales people do, and Patricia is always willing to take a little off the price for you if you buy an expensive product or if you're a regular.
