My picks were the chicken meatballs with teriyaki sauce, sweet mashed potatoes and zucchini, the ground turkey with super greens and brown rice, and the honey ginger chicken with super greens and diced potatoes. While I wouldn't expect your grandma's cooking, the meals have been great so far. Quick and easy, healthy options, while also keeping me well fed during a busy week. I felt really comfortable going through the process and she told me the recommended way to heat up the dishes. I visited through Too Good To Go and received a crustless pizza as my option then I also purchased a chicken, sweet potato and veggie bowl as well. The crustless pizza was almost inedible -- it was incredibly hard to not have crust. The flavor was really lacking too so I couldn't even finish it. The chicken in the bowl had a really weird consistency...the best way to describe it was thick (I think it was the garlic asian flavor). The employees are very friendly and personable! I started placing my orders online and picking up in store which makes it so much faster. I just order online and it's ready the next day around noon. Once it's ready you just walk in and grab your order from the fridge, show your order confirmation and go. My favorites are the steak meals and the turkey meatballs. They even offer healthy protein sweets and a variety of drinks at the check out counter. MPR makes staying healthy so much easier and keeps me far away from fast food joints. If healthy food prep has been a problem for you, this business may be your solution. You choose your protein, carb, and veggies. They do the work so you don't have to. You just pick up your food to go. 2 minutes to microwave and good for 3 days per the manager. They are pricey. I bought a "large meal" which was valued at $19. They are currently doing a promo with To Good To Go so I was able to get it for $6 and change. They don't have clear or prominent signage so you may miss them. I've been going here for 2+ years even before they were even MRP and used a franchise Method of lean feast. (Same owners) I'm a Very busy personal trainer in Orange County who have sent tons of people here for over 2 years as nutrition is important to me and my clients. I would sometimes get my lunch here typical 8oz grilled chicken breast meal, with 6-8 Oz carb option etc veggies - great. This would be 3-10 times a month. $11-$13.50 a meal, never really consistent what I got charged tbh - no big deal. Tried a large handful of items, garlic steak Is good and grilled chicken breast is staple, rest is whatever. Today I was attempted to be charged $18.96 for a meal, :since it was over 4oz carbs and saw 2 additional add on's of $2.37 and I'd even ordered 6oz protein as I have a lower protein intake for literally the first time ever. $19 for Meal prep is just outrageous, for no good reason. Maybe throw a pedicure in there, and I'm in. Staff for the best part really great. (New faces everyday, but all still pretty nice. Food - Super mediocre Sauces - probably best part (truffle and turbo superb) Thanks for offering clean food to the community, we need more health in the US... but my goodness if you keeping it plain Jane have the price reflect that and have all members of staff have a better of understanding of what's happening.
