This GNC is really odd to me. It's always really quiet and empty and awkward when I come inside. They also seem to not have the products I would find at other GNCs. They mostly stock their in house brand, and maybe a few other obscure brands. Prices are mid to high but that's expected for a supplement store. GNC I think is better than Vitamin shop! GNC is a smaller shop but I think they have better and more ingredients in their products, such as vitamins and work out powders. The only down fall to this company is that they started a new points system and their rewards expire super fast and there not in the system when they pull up your account in the store, you have to pull up your email every time and than they never scan , so you never get your 5.00-10.00 discounts!! A lot of errors in their new systems! Only good thing is they have a lot of buy one get one 50% off. read more

Don't waste time on this store/location. They are more expensive than other GNC stores and online. I was informed by the older lady that they charge separately for bars and protein chips even though they come in bulk quantities that are priced differently. Wow. Just wow. Why would I pay $2.99 per bag for 8 chips ($23.99) when the 8 pack is $16.99? Makes no sense. Waste of my time. I mentioned the price at other stores and online and she said online prices differ because of shipping. Wow. Really? Don't go to this GNC it's more expensive than any GNC in and around the Dallas area. The rude old lady working the counter had no knowledge about the products and had no problem telling you to go to another store. Terrible customer service in my opinion. She must get people coming in all the time telling her they are over priced because she wasn't happy when I told her the price is double what I pay. Save your money it's worth driving a few extra miles. You will save more money skipping this place and going to a better GNC where they aren't marking the prices up double or triple what you would pay at any other GNC.
