This was my first time to Sprouts and I was impressed. Before I go into the produce and selection, 5 stars to the 2 amazing staff members - the young lady in the meat section was helpful, hopped over to the freezer to help with my purchase and gave me helpful tips. Next was Jillian at the checkout counter - cheerful, friendly and we had some fun conversations. Customer Service is not always going above and beyond. It's about mutual respect and boy, they nailed it!!! Coming to the market itself, all the produce was fresh and a there was a good variety to choose from. I have shopped at this location for years and I absolutely love the management and was thrilled to read a review of him supporting freedom in this country! Regardless of my opinions on that particular individual, that is something you don't hear a lot about and it makes me 1,000x's more proud to shop here. The food here is always fresh and the employees do their absolute best to go through produce/products to ensure that we get the freshest of the freshest. Some of the worst checkout clerks..I saw a lane open up so I asked the clerk "are you open?" Instead of answering my question she just gave me a stare and didn't say anything. Not sure why she just didn't answer. I also had an instance where I bought groceries for Someone else and they had the EBT card. Minute I pulled that card the clerk started staring at me. I had to tell her that my grocery was paid with my card and others with their card. I get a much consistent and better service at Whole Foods market. read more

I frequent this cute store often if I'm in that area. Like Whole Foods , you're sure to find something you've never seen , but the kicker is that the prices are a tad bit better . Every time I've been here, everyone is so nice and welcoming . It's a lovely space for shopping compared to other grocery stores . There is a true neighborhood feel upon walking in . It's not an overly large store, so you don't get lost in the shuffle. If I want date sugar , BOOM, they have it . If I'm in my vegan phase , BOOM, they have it , and for sure , if Im watching my carbs , they help me watch them . No crazy lines, no bumping into others. Win win ! read more

This was the first time I went to Sprouts, partially out of curiosity because of the new one announced in Las Colinas. I think it's like a combination of the crunchy part of Whole Foods but more of Trader Joe's vibe. As would maybe be expected by the name, the selection of fruits and vegetables was great, as well as cheeses and more 'artisan' type food like handmade-style tortillas, a small ready-to-heat section, etc. I did not buy any meat but there looked to be good supply at the butcher's counter. The prices were generally reasonable, more so than Whole Foods, and I was particularly impressed with their selection and discounts on plant-based items. They carried some plant-based SKUs and brands that are very difficult to find. The reason I give it four stars is because I don't think one could exclusively shop at Sprouts. The frozen section was a little small and if you eat mostly healthy but still cling on to some processed products, you would still have to go to a more generic grocery store to round out your pantry. read more

Love this Sprouts! If I don't feel like cooking but still want to eat healthy I will stop in and get already pulled rotissiere chicken or turkey breast. They carry element rice cakes which help me curb my sweet cravings in a healthy way. Their fresh chicken prices are the best you can find. Love the bulk section too. I don't know who pissed in Lynn's (the night shift cashier tonight) Cheerios but she needs some type of custom service training. Simple courtesy is all ask for when entering any store and that is not what I got at this location. Management, please reiterate how important it is to simply be nice when interacting with customers, especially someone who is in extreme pain and just need a bit of assistance navigating the medicine aisle. read more

I decided to check out sprouts to see if I prefer Natural Grocers or Sprouts. I felt like they were very similar in terms of what they offered, although there were some slight differences. I had a good experience here, and felt like they had a good selection of everything. Personally I preferred Natural Grocers based on their nut/seed selection, but I genuinely had a good experience at both. I don't think you can go wrong here, I would definitely come back here. read more

*** Getting Healthy alert *** Sprouts Farmers Market was on my list to check out; I had heard from some my health friends it was worth it to check out. When I walked in to the store, I was blown away everything was so clean and shiny. To my immediate left there was the health books section, leading into the health section filled with vitamins and the sort. On the way back to the store, I noticed several items with great prices. When I looked over the produce section I was in awe, big time. The fruits and vegetables looked wonderful, fresh. They had just plain good looking fresh items in that department. Now in the far right hand corner they had a beer and wine section, yep you guessed it, a great inventory in stock. No Bud, no Coors, none of that sissy girl stuff, they had some great imports. The center of this store had a great variety of nuts, grains, and dried goods. If you make your own trail mixes, this place should really do the trick. The meat and fish section looked very impressive. I had never been in a Sprouts store before, I had heard about them for a good while, so glad I stopped in to check them out. Great place to start getting healthy. I'll be back; you should check them out as well! read more

I am not a lover of Organic, Don't get me wrong I am willing to promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity in the World. But I enjoy pesticides on my fruit, infact I wish the FDA would Xray our crops! I really enjoyed my time spent at this store. The staff is very friendly! I feel at home when I walk through the door. How can you not love Sprouts? It seriously is like a mini whole foods without all the added pressure of spending $100 on fish, wine, and a side dish. I mean I like Wholefoods, it just doesn't do my pocketbook any good! Sprouts has all my healthy food for a decent price. Fresh meats, organic products, and fresh fruit!! I went to get motivation to help me start working out and eating better, and I have been hooked every since. I spend roughly $40-$60 there every 2 weeks grocery shopping and that includes everything: dairy, fruit, meat, veggies, some snacks and WINE!!!!! Um, YES please!!! It just feels good not to have to pay an arm and leg for healthiness, even if they feed into my inner alcoholic self. Sign up for the weekly ad on their website and it will give you the deals in advance so you can plan your meals, also they send you some really fun coupons every now and again! read more

I will never come back to this store. I Have shopped at this store since they open up, even though I had a problem before I came back. Today a cashier was so rude to me for zero reasons. She didn't want to be there for sure. She never said anything or put the bags on the cart and then threw the receipt at me and she had the audacity to say I can careless you rolling your eyes on me! Unfortunately, I had to ask for her manager to this white lady that previously has been really prejudiced towards me. So it was a very bad experience. I will never return here. read more

CustomerService is AWFUL!!! I was really excited when they announced that they were opening a sprouts in las colinas area, but to my surprise, the customer service is nothing compared to the other locations. They never have people working at the registers, instead YOU HAVE to use the self checkout. The self check-out machines are always glitching probably because they're old. They don't even have a scanner, which makes it harder and takes more time. They barely have people helping you if you have problems checking out. I had to asked for help and they were not very happy about it. Think twice before coming to this location. So sad because I really like the products. read more

Sprouts is great for a small "I need to run to the store" moment. They have a few unique items that you would find at Trader Joe's. The fruit is hit or miss in terms of freshness. The seafood was put out as "fresh" but I purchased a 1 1/2 pound of salmon that was lacking in freshness compared to other grocers. The large shrimp I purchased were very soggy and these had a spoiled stench. They lacked color and seemed to be old. Great wine selection, thanks to the Sauvignon Blanc I wasn't as pissed when I started cooking. read more

I like Sprouts, because it is more affordable than Whole Foods and smaller and more closer to my location. Like Sprouts overall, but this Coppell Sprouts is annoying and here's my laundry list why: Reason One: I want the sales, but a couple of things go wrong. One, they don't have it in the system. so it rings up wrong. Two, they don't have the selection or the sale item e.g. organic acai juice for 4.99. Example of what happened with sale purchase: I was spending a boat load of money on organic vitamins (100 dollars, but it came out buy one get one free) and I had to scuffle with three employees. The manager was really nice about it, but the vitamin girl was saying "No No No, the promotion is wrong and it is not the sale!" The manager found out that it was the vitamin girl who was wrong and it was indeed the running unexpired sale of the vitamins. I got the vitamins buy one, get one. I am frustrated that this had to happen and that it keeps happening. I came in today for organic meat and when it scanned, I had to say something. The cashier was super sweet and changed the price, but I had to run back there to double check for the cashier. Can someone please fix the barcodes or something?!?! I hate not getting the advertised sales price. Reason Two: Like any grocery store...comparison shop. They have terrible prices on cereal and yogurt. I simply go to Walmart for those. However, Sprouts beat out Tom Thumb on organic produce. Reason Three: Small selection. Their selection is small. I understand some of their selection is based on season, but overall bad and/or small selection of some items. High selection of organic cereals, but little selection of the organic produce overall. ALSO, meat selection is terrible. Very little organic meats here. Reason Four: The cashiers are friendly, but the stockers are not (not like the Plano/Carrollton Sprouts). LESSON: The other Sprouts in plano/carrollton area has less problems and even the vitamin girl was no hassle. I will go to THIS SPROUTS OR give up and go to Whole Foods for better selection versus prices. read more

Beautifully bright and clean store with great, fair prices. I'm particularly a fan of the wide selection of bulk dried goods, nuts, and candies. I'm a sucker for great granola blends, especially their almond-vanilla mix. Any store that can provide fresh produce at a good price and diet friendly goods for those important to you, is a winner in my book. We'll be back many times over for sure. read more

Since moving to Coppell I have this feeling I'm going to be frequenting this place often. Love their meats, bulk foods section, cheeses, crazy low prices on local produce. Really, what's not to love? You can even get your paper towels, foil, etc there for a decent price. I need to go explore the vitamins section as well and stock up! Cherry tomatoes on sale for .99 cents right now!
