The Las Colinas Sprouts is my favorite grocery store. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpfu.

Sprouts used to be my weekly go to for all things produce and bulk. However since COVID, their prices have changed that. They had great sales and their produce would rival Kroger, but no more. Now it is cheaper to go to central market. All that being said, they do have quality products and the store is clean. This location being smaller than some of the others I used to frequent. Even the sprouts brand products are quality. I don't care for the push to self checkout as that was always something I appreciated, having enough people manning a register. In this area, if you just need something quick, you can get it done as the Kroger across the way is always packed. read more

My goodness, the customer service here has completely disappeared. I went in for one particular item today that showed on their app that it was in stock. I looked and looked, but could not find it. Two employees walked by separately and did not acknowledge nor ask if I needed help. I walked to the registers. There were two young employees chatting so I had to wait until they were finished with their important conversation. I asked one of them about the item and showed the app stating it was in stock. The girl was clueless and said she would have to ask the manager. Several people were in the office. An older employee spoke with the employee. She came back out and said that if I "COULD NOT FIND IT, IT IS NOT IN STOCK." Are you kidding me?! So, out of 4 employees and the manager, not ONE person could look for me?? The employees should know the store and their products, not the customer! I walked out. I will never return. read more

This location has the worst customer service. Curtis and Shirely both had the worst customer service and lack competence about their job positions. Both of them became rude. I will be reporting them to the corporate office. read more

This review is specifically for the holiday sides pickup. Seemed nice to be able to order early online and provide a credit card that would automatically be billed at pickup in order to avoid the crazy long and slow lines at the registers the day before Thanksgiving. Little did I know if you don't pick up during the hour you specify when ordering, they'll cancel your order. Perhaps a txt with "Are you still coming?" or the ability to modify pickup time might be better if your intent is to free up the products for someone else? The email reminding me of the pickup didn't mention anything about cancellation. Perhaps "the fine print" when ordering did? The desired quick "in and out" turned into needing to wait in a long line to pay for the items. Including a cashier (believe her name starts with an "L") that seems to have two speeds: SLOW and STOP. Apparently she was also working the self checkouts since she kept leaving to help those folks. I had better things to do the day before TG than spend it so much longer than expected in Sprouts. Curiously the prices were lower when checking out than the amount they had planned to charge me had the order not been cancelled. I assume the items were on sale. Which made me wonder had this "mistake" not happened, would I have been charged the higher prices? read more

What better DFW area to open the next Sprouts than Las Colinas! I'm surprised Irving didn't have one already, but I am glad we do now and that it's only minutes away. The new store is located right off the MacArthur strip (like everything else) but tucked away enough from the main road not to be too congested, by traffic. The store is a great size and very clean. It's a spacious Sprouts but by no means overwhelming, as I have missed having that experience to my avail. Just the right size. So if for some reason I'm not in the super Kroger mood, I have another option directly across the street. (No shade Kroger, I still love you...you're just massive) My first visit was on a Sunday, and there were plenty of workers restocking or managing areas on the floor. It was busy because I want to say I went on the official grand opening weekend. Definitely enjoyed tasting food from the Kitchen 101 food truck parked outside! Before that I also got to spin the wheel for a freebie and get a 20% digital coupon to apply to my bill that day. (thanks to the promo team) I'm happy to have the natural and organic food products, fresh produce, affordable plant based options and a variety of cultural ingredients that Sprouts offers within reach again. Before moving, I used to be within a 10-12 mile radius of the south Arlington location. The only thing better than getting a Sprouts in South Irving might be getting a Trader Joe's. Sprouts is a really a supplement store disguised as a grocer. Stands to reason, the margin on supplements and nootropics is outrageous. Back in the 80s & 90s these used to go under names like "Health Hut" or utilize a similar nomenclature. I am somewhat glad this particular area has one, as there is a lack of standard Americana grocery action, but it's still a bit of a let down. Let me explain, the produce is often times less than fresh. Which sure they do often times offer steep discounts, but what's the use if things are approaching spoilage. The meat counter is very basic, and perhaps the only thing worth getting is their grass-fed beef. The bulk section is equally sad and easily bested by even Whole Foods and completely utterly dominated by something like Central Market. There are some key items to get here though, Jaju frozen Pierogis, Sprouts Organic Grass-fed whole milk, Straus European style butter, Mountain Valley Sparkling Spring Water (Bill Clinton's go to water while he was in the white house), and some others. As others have mentioned the service here certainly seems apathetic, which is really par for the course at Sprouts, I don't think they're exactly known for stellar assistance. The building itself is rather small, having been a Toy's R Us in a previous life. The good news is that it's usually not particularly busy, and you can get in and out rather hastily. Another qualm I have is that they very rarely offer coupons, and if they do they require two purchases, eg spend $50 and enjoy $5 off a subsequent basket. I wish these would just be good on the initial spend instead of requiring substantial juggling. read more

I went to my local sprouts as I usually do and the person that checked me out was the most condescending, rude, and unbearable person ever. I didn't catch his name but he has glasses and a beard and his cashier number was #307. This is not the first time dealing with this worker. He has always rolled his eyes when working and acts extremely rude to customers. If he's a manager, then you guys need to get rid of them ASAP because your work culture must be horrible. if you don't like working at the place you work at, then get another job. Stop complaining and being rude to customers and acting high and mighty. You are giving a bad name for the company. read more

When it comes to grocery shopping, I am all about finding local, fresh foods and items I can quickly grab since I am constantly on the go. I've been a big fan of Sprouts for as long as I can remember but have always felt like I had to travel far and wide just to get to a store. And now FINALLY....we have one in Las Colinas! My little suburban soul is overjoyed. I actually was heading elsewhere to grab grub on a Saturday evening and stumbled upon this location and changed my dinner plans just to shop! I grabbed rotisserie chicken, veggies as well as items in their bulk section. I love the layout also of this particular store. If you are unfamiliar with Sprouts just know the bulk section cannot be missed! They have every flavor of almonds and cashews imaginable and even dried fruit and different types of oatmeal. I also love how they cater to those with diet restrictions and/or gluten sensitivity. Thanks, Las Colinas for putting one of my favorite grocery stores on the map in my town!! read more

I used to love this location especially because it's literally down the street but it seems like the produce has been lacking lately. I never took the time to write a bad review because hey that's organic produce for ya it has a shorter shelf life, I don't always return items sometimes I just throw it out if I'm able to use even a quarter of it or keep it in a whole form. They always seem to make it right by allowing me switch out any bad product. I did recently have a bad watermelon luckily I purchased 2 of them. Clearly no way to bring a cut watermelon back so I just tossed it, I'm sure there are customers they make exceptions for store credit but I didn't think I would be one of them based on how I was last treated. I had a return for some hard vegan cookies they are normally soft and chewy I've only had this issue twice out of a few dozen times. I never get the ones that are a day away from expiration b/c that means they have been sitting for several days but there was only 2 left. I should have done a taste when I got to the car but I didn't. When I went 2 exchange 2 days later they still didn't have more on stock, so I decided to exchange it for some OJ They wouldn't allow an even exchange and said if I didn't have the card on file they couldn't exchange it, even though A. I have a receipt B. The item is clearly a sprouts brand item. I asked if they can just change it out like always they stated that because of my method of payment they have to refund it back and then charge me for a new purchase. My anxiety goes up a peak when my child is ready to get home for dinner and keeps asking to go no,e so he can drink his juice, my husband just got off his 12 hour shift and I'm holding up lines for a return. I have never had this issue with another manager nor have I ever had this issue at Wholefoods although the managers know me quite while there and have seen us spend over $2k every November when we stock up our deep freezers so returning an old item or two they trust our integrity and judgement and that we're not trying to get over on the system. I've never felt embarrassed or put on the spot about a return until now. I shouldn't feel like this when I am returning an item that wasn't apropos for consumption, as the consumer I should be able to get fair value without question. My husband was very upset at how uncomfortable they made me, he was standing back afar once the cashier noticed his expression she tried to smooth things over by bringing my toddler a sticker, my husband was even more upset when she patted him on his head, he has a thing about personal boundaries especially because it wasn't a genuine interaction. I get home open the OJ and it's spoiled. It's fresh pressed not shelf stable of course. My child was highly upset that I wouldn't allow him to drink it. I kept it in the fridge in contemplation of bringing it back, my husband however prefers to just throw it away as it's not worth dealing with another uncomfortable situation in making an exchange. Especially if he has to come home from work just to get the card he paid with from me to make an exchange. I feel like there was a much better way for the manager on duty to handle the situation. This is our neighborhood sprouts in which we frequent weekly exclusively for our bread, fruit, vegan snacks and juice. My husband said he never wants to go there again which puts me in a bind because there are certain vegan and organic items my child loves that are exclusive to this store. Also, when not hard the vegan cookies are really good it's hard finding great vegan stuff that my child will love and doesn't have harmful ingredients. read more

Went to this location for the first time and was very impressed. Happy about the location ; now I don't have to drive further away . Very clean and u can't beat $5/ special sushi box . Produce was nice and fresh as well . Best part was using BRAND NEW SHOPPING CARTS. read more

Manager and staff here are super lazy. Asked an employee if they carried a certain product and he said to ask the manager. The manager was even worse and lazier than the employee. This heavyset blonde haired lady just shakes her head and says "no". She's half asleep and could care less about my request. What kind of store is so bad the employees are too lazy to check inventory? Abysmal. I won't waste my time coming back here ever again. read more

Went to The new Sprouts in Las Colinas for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Great produce,deli, and selection of organic and gluten free items. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is not cheap but the quality and shopping experience was so much better than Tom Thumb and Kroger. Many items we purchased at Kroger went bad quickly. read more
