Their smoothie section is inside of a grocery store, which added to the confusion. The multiple lines here made it confusing since they had a cafe and bakery section and another section for food items. I eventually found out I was supposed to order Erewhon drinks from the tablet instead of wait in line and then later found out I was waiting in the wrong section to pick up my drink. I ordered the Blueberry SYRN smoothie from Sydney Sweeney through the tablet. After waiting about least half an hour, that was when I was told where to pick up my drink that I ordered on the tablet. The drink still looked pretty when I picked it up, but it didn't taste like anything special. The smoothie still tasted good though, so not much to complain about that, besides the high price tag of their drinks (it was $22). Now, enough about the smoothie section, the rest of this store looked very well organized with their products and it looked like they sell good quality items here. The store looked organized because I liked how they had all the labels facing out, unlike other stores with their drinks section. The meats and sushi section looked fresh, they have a colorful variety of fruits and veggies too. They also give some free food samples throughout the store, so that was nice. I'd recommend this place for the experience. It's cool how this is a grocery store where you can buy fresh food and drinks here. It's also a good place if you're looking for some colorful veggies.

Half of the store is a market filled with supplements, herbs, oils, snacks, and other health products, while the other half is a restaurant. I took my time walking down every aisle just to see everything they had. The prices were a little higher than what I've seen elsewhere, but they definitely carry a great selection. My husband and I tried the jerk chicken patty and the shrimp & crab patty. Both were really good, but the jerk chicken patty was my favorite. When I went back into the store to let her know that I had fallen, I was shocked by her response. I had broken glass from my drink all over the ground, and there was a genuine safety concern. Customers or their pets could have easily walked through the area without realizing there was broken glass and could have been seriously injured. I even had pieces of glass on my own skin that I had to brush off. Instead of asking whether I was okay, whether I had been injured, or whether I had glass on me, Clarita immediately told me that I would have to purchase everything again. Given that I had just fallen, was physically shaken, and was dealing with broken glass, I found her response extremely insensitive and upsetting.

There were almost no customers, so you would think they had their own restocking to do instead of monitoring what I was doing. Plus it was super-dusty. I guess those bishes didn't dust? What absolute bishes. Maybe it was because smartphones were newish in 2011? I had just been at Erewhons and they were all supernice to me there. The contrast was glaring. While this was in 2011, it left a very bad taste in my mouth, so I can't support their business when they treat visitors so poorly. I probably should have immediately complained to management. So here I am complaining to Yelp 15 years later. But seriously, anywhere I go as a demonstrator, I am also a potential customer for lunch, groceries, or whatnot. I then asked for their best product and he recommended the product featured in 4 of the posted photos on this review. A review of the manufacturer's website and you'll find they seem to use the highest possible quality products and it offers more than just CBD...CBA & other acronyms I don't recall. It is the most expensive one they had and lucky for me they. 30% sale going on. I bought three packages for my family member and they should be good for 3-6 months. Pure CBD has a frequent buyer program, a website and will ship across the US. I'm so glad I stopped.
