The owner, Eric, is very friendly and he is very knowledgeable about the latest innovations in nutrition. He is not a salesman but is a consultant of health and looks to determine what you need before making recommendations. I have gone in to many health food stores where they are looking to sell you a bunch of things that you may not need. As far as the products that he sells, he has a full range which include vitamins, food items, snacks, and skin products. Also he has a full line of health technology which includes air filtration systems, water alkaline filter, and laundry water system that eliminates the need for detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and hot water. They followed up with me several times as I slowly meandered around the store to make sure there was nothing else needed. In the last several years, I've lowered my standards a bit as it pertains to my expectations of receiving great customer service.
