The store is actually not too busy once you're inside. Staff here is absolutely friendly! I do think that the store is very dimly lit for some reason compared to other fresh thyme Market stores. The dining area is also very small as well as the organization inside too. Stafford is actually very friendly and accommodating. They had a great deals and even a promotional sweepstakes going on too. Overall, I saw this location as average at most

They honestly feel comparable to like a Factor meal situation. Their snacks are generally "better for you" with better ingredients and their bagger salad options are vast. The sales associate asked what I was in the market for. And I replied vitamins. So that's when the sales associate schooled me on synthetic vitamins vs organic vitamins. He introduced me to a line called the garden life(which might I add is AMAZING) broke down the ingredients on the bottle, helped me understand the difference between synthetic and raw vitamins. I most recently stopped in today, and as always it was a solid experience from start to finish. The store is bright, spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout the employees are always so personable, greeting every customer. The produce section is always impressive - everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of organic options. I also love to gaze at exotic fruits while shopping. During this trip I picked up some tropical cold pressed juice and WTR MLN WATER. The latter is my addiction, it's watermelon water that's cold pressed. I find it very refreshing and hydrating. I also love coming to this store for their cheese assortment and chocolate. Both have impressive selection and you can never go wrong with any choices. I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Overall it's a great spot for high-quality groceries and quick meals on the go.

Most of the staff has lots of experience so they know the best products. Everyone talks about how the owner Mr. Weber is very helpful. The rest of the staff is usually helpful too. A few times they seem to be too slow. They do keep and order the best items so this helps make up for that. It has a good variety of health items. Prices are okay. I had misread the deals for the week and ordered something thinking it was on sale that day but it was really the next day. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much.
