Granted, that case was a heavy duty one that really covered the whole phone. STORE -- This $5 and under store (Five Below) is quite basic but is also amazing at the same time because they sell all sorts of items here. I visited for the first time on 7 September 2019. I came to buy an iPhone case which I got but I also ended up exploring the store for about 20 more minutes (haha). I meant to just pop-in real quick then leave because I had other things to do for the rest of my Saturday but I was drawn by all the knick-knacks the store has to offer. Once I figured out the iPhone case that I wanted, I also bought a phone screen protector, a phone charger to use in my car, some $1 chocolates, and a bag of $5 mixed nuts. The store has a sports section which I enjoyed browsing through because I love fitness. They also have a crafts section, technology section, writing section, and so on. They even sell bags (backpacks) and clothes. The store is located at the Ridge Square Park Mall so there is lots of free parking at different lots. If you are looking for something cheap and are in the area, then I recommend this store. My mother slipped on a wet floor leaving the women's room at this store. There was a wet floor…read moresign over 10 feet from the spot where she fell and the sign was inside the women's room rather than outside where it would have been visible. The manager of the store showed absolutely no concern for her well-being, instead was more concerned with feeling the floor to see if it was wet. Of course, he said it was not wet at all. He, nor any of the other employees present, offered any help to my mother. Instead, they allowed her to writhe in pain on the floor until I assisted her. There was no offer of ice, no inquiry as to whether or not she would need medical assistance or any type of assistance at all. In fact, there was never even an apology! The lack of sympathy was so disheartening. This pathetic manager actually had the nerve to ask me if we even wanted to fill out an incident report! Of course, the answer was yes. He then would not provide a copy to my mother saying that it's all handled through their corporate office. Her private information was at his disposal. I'm sure he just didn't want us to see the lies he wrote in his portion of the report. Now that she's been seen at urgent care, we know that Marc's disregard for safety has caused my mother to have a knee that's broken in two places. Yet, of course, the claim is that the floor was completely dry. This manager even admitted that a wet floor sign should have been placed outside the restroom as well as inside. So, if the floor was already dry, then why the need for additional signs?? A young employee told the manager he had just finished mopping. Yet, the floor was completely dry?? Sound a little questionable? Obviously this man is attempting to cover the company's lack of protocol and place the blame on my mother. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else's mother, because I'm seeing the pain she's experiencing and it's making me sick.

INSIDE -- I visited during lunch time in April 2020 and the store was very clean when I entered. In addition, the staff member who assisted me was friendly. I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

I was 8 cents short . The manager told me she could not complete the exchange unless I bought something to make up the difference. I asked what do you have for 8 cents? She got real aggravated with me by now, she said just buy something and pointed to the candy. So I bought candy that cost a dollar to get my exchange completed. She than took my snow globes and threw them in the bag with my other merchandise. I got home and sure enough one was broke. What a mess water and glitter all over my items.
