It was suggested to me by my Flexologist at Stretch Lab Waikele to consider adding creatine to my daily diet for recovery as I get older. I decided to go to my local GNC in Mililani to see what they offered. The gentleman working at the counter was friendly as we walked in the door and was very helpful in helping me validate the benefits that creatine could give me and helped me find a product that I could integrate in my daily diet. He also was able to suggest looking into BCAA's as they could also assist in what I was looking for. I decided to give it a try and have been very happy with the results and am most certainly starting to feel a better recovery from my sports and workout sessions. I am usually a little guarded when it comes to specialty stores as I know that sometimes they can be pushed to upsell the customers but I never felt that way during this visit and felt comfortably confident with my purchase. I've been frequenting GNC a lot more often lately for protein and prime drinks. The workers are friendly and like to make small talk. They sell out pretty quick on those prime drinks that my oldest is obsessed with. We have a couple more flavors to try out still so I'll still frequent this location until they have them in stock. I'm surprised they survived the pandemic as I don't see many customers yet those prime drinks are a hot seller. read more

I always enjoy going to GNC. I haven't been here in quite some time. I was searching for protein to supplement my new lifestyle. GNC actually has a good variety of choices to fit my needs. And they were having a sale ! Buy 5 get 1 free. I was able to pick quite a few options to sample. Grape Isopure, it has 40g of Liquid Protein. Quest Peanut Butter Cup 11g Protein. There was a Lean Bar, Mint & Peanut Butter 16g Protein. I'm glad I had choices because I didn't like the mint. The Peanut Butter is good. I'll definitely be back to refill my protein quest! I'm whatev about this store. I don't work out. I don't diet. I don't really focus on nutrition. I mainly stop by for a random protein bar for when I am hungry and want to eat light. I'll grab water occasionally, never the GNC one because it's gross... Sometimes there will be samples at the register, cool. Sometimes I'll check out essential oils, but that's really it. All of the employees I have encountered are great. The store is tiny and a bit cramped but it probably makes things that much easier to find. read more

BE RIGHT BACK?! I thought this was a real business where they're open when they're pose to be and closed when they're not. Didn't realize if you get there at the wrong time like 2 other buff and ripped guys like me during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS that they might be closed cause the employee had to leave for who knows where and at what time and when "right back" means. I love this location. Actually I love Mililani period. This store is my favorite now days. Vitamins, things for detox & whatever good stuff your body needs they have it. Asked my wife to run in to get a couple things and she practically gets 'bullied' into renewing a membership we haven't had in over a year?? Lady made it sound like you needed to renew in order to buy at the discount they were offering??? A simple 'think about it' would of been nice! Not the 'watch me make a sale in front of the new employee trainee' move in which she chose to do!?! What's frustrating is we buy from here fairly often(without a membership!) and now this incident may change that!? I will say this, when we called their customer service AND their Pro Access Service they said this should not have happened and is totally unacceptable. Now we just have to go back to the store to get our refund on a membership we didn't need. read more

Located in the Mililani Town Shopping Center across from Jeans Warehouse. Ample parking in several lots surrounding the town center. A rather small GNC location which has the expected items you'd find in a GNC store: vitamins, supplements, powders, energy bars, etc. Depending on what you're interested in; building mass, losing weight, gaining weight, skin care, hair/nail care, antioxidants, etc... there have a decent variety of items. Get a Gold Card! It's $9.99 for one year (I believe) and it'll save you a LOT of money when the items you want are on sale. They have GREAT sales; buy one get one free and buy one get one half off. Sometimes they have items which are half off or even $20 less than the retail price so you can get good deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do prefer the Wahiawa GNC over this location, only because I have come to know more of the staff and all the products they've suggested have always been great. read more

I just recently got back into working out and was completely lost with all the different types of supplements and whey products that are currently available. The employee that helped me was very helpful and seemed to not mind all the questions I had. Needless to say he recommended products that he felt would work best with the results I was looking for. Staff was decently friendly when I visited the store. However on the phone when I asked if they had a particular protein bar, an unenthusiastic employee told me no. But when I actually went in and asked a week later, they DID carry that specific product I asked for on the phone. The cashier also rounded up the cents on my bill to donate to something without asking. Awesome service here! I didn't get the name of the employee that helped me, but I came in for the blender ball (just the ball) and he went in the back room and brought one out for me. When I asked him "how much?" he said, "don't worry about it". He gave me one of the balls from a sample cup that broke, and told me there was no charge. Great customer service and I will definitely be back to this location for my supplement needs. I also like this GNC because they carry more brands than some of the other smaller locations. Went to buy some vitamins that weren't Flintstones for a change and the associate, JT, suggested I take the Ultra Mega Green Women's. He explained that he is taking the Men's version and loves the way it makes him feel and the energy it gives him. I'll try anything once, and it was on sale for $24.99 (Regular Price: $39.99). I also grabbed the Ultra Mega Green Men's 50 Plus saying it was for my bf. I thought it meant there are over 50 pills in there but when the cashier asked if my boyfriend was over 50 years old I realized I grabbed the wrong one.... Dropped by GNC tonight and asked the worker (John) what would be a good vitamin to take. He asked me if I ate my veggies and I gave him my honest answer, "No." He directed me to the "Ultra Mega Green" for women. He gave me an explanation of each pill, mind there are 6 in a pack.
