She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely.
