What I love most is her holistic approach. She doesn't just treat lines on your face -- she cares about your overall well-being and how you feel walking out the door. She takes her time, listens, and you can feel the patience and intention behind her work. Yes, I love the outward results (smooth, natural, refreshed), but the part that surprised me most is how my forehead feels. I hold so much stress there, and after seeing her, it feels softer, lighter, and genuinely more relaxed. If you want beautiful, natural results from someone reliable, experienced, and incredibly kind, she's the one. Just booked my chemical peel!

She's incredibly gentle with every step, and what really stood out was her attention to detail--she explained everything she was doing in a way that was clear, thorough, and reassuring. She's incredibly patient and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. After my Botox treatment, the results were phenomenal--natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for. But beyond the results, what touched me the most is how much she genuinely cares. She followed up and made sure I was happy, not just with the outcome, but with the whole experience.

I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

Michelle has been my naturopath for years, and I can honestly say she's one of the most trusted voices in my health journey. What I appreciate most is that she truly listens. Not the rushed kind of listening you find in so many offices, but the kind where you feel seen, heard, and understood as a whole person -- body, mind, lifestyle, and goals. She helps me make healthy choices that feel realistic and empowering, not overwhelming. Whether we're talking hormones, inflammation, stress, or just navigating this season of life in my 50s, she approaches everything with compassion, curiosity, and deep expertise. Michelle blends science with intuition, and that balance has made all the difference for me. I trust her completely -- not just with my health, but with my long-term wellbeing. She's guided me through changes, challenges, and transitions with grace and steadiness. If you're looking for someone who will partner with you, support you, and help you feel your best at every age, Michelle is exceptional. I'm so grateful for her care and her heart. -- Shelly Valentine

People who came after me were attended to before me. This is after canceling my first appointment on Nov 12th just a few hours before the appointment. They just texted me on the morning of the appointment saying my appointment is canceled and I had to call them back twice before I got another appointment and that was more than a month away on Dec 16th. I just saw another review for Dr. Goldsmith that says that she does not show up for appointments and is bad with following up on patients. The reason I went for and the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy was not sent despite calling and letting them know twice. There's no access to the doctor once you are seen. It's also the doctor's responsibility to make sure this is done and it does not seem like they care. After I called and left a message the second time the medical assistant called me and literally shouted at me saying she is done her job and there was an issue with the pharmacy despite me trying to explain that my other doctor sends prescriptions here all the time and I have never had an issue and also the pharmacy going out of their way to check on it. Have never had this kind of experience visiting a doctor's office. People always go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Will never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. This is not the way to treat patients who have come to see a doctor for an illness. I never write reviews and never a negative one as I know how hard people work to keep a business running. I had to write this as I don't want any other new patients to undergo this ordeal specially when they are seeking healing for an illness from a qualified doctor's office.

My wife (who's also a nurse at a different Swedish facility) asked my nurse to call pharmacy and expedite verifying my pain meds but the nurse sarcastically responded "Congratulations, you're a nurse!" Refusing to call pharmacy, and said "We can all hear him screaming..trust me". There were three nurses sitting at the nurses station periodically giggling and looking at their phones when my wife made the request. However the doctor- Casey M Krebs was by far the worst part of my visit. She seemed incapable of creating a care plan and didn't show any urgency. She seemed more focused on pacifying us for the moment and quickly leaving the room than actually helping us understand our options or initiating the process of me transferring to a hospital with urology. We were still asking her questions as she was trying to close the door and leave. It was obvious she did not like it when my wife asked any questions on my behalf, and completely disregarded her concern that the CT results showed severe hydronephrosis. The doctor said "That is not the focus. Im not concerned about his hydronephrosis, Im concerned about his kidney stones." I got such poor care that I decided to leave AMA while still in severe pain and drive to Swedish Edmonds, which was the best decision I made that day. To be honest I'm not sure the staff at Mill Creek even knew the process of transferring me, let alone doing it quickly. Once I arrived at Edmonds they took my case seriously from the start, scheduling me for emergency surgery the next day to remove the obstructive stone. My pain was well managed and my whole care team was incredibly skilled and empathetic. I am still completely disheartened with my experience at Mill Creek and would advise ANYONE considering it to go anywhere else.

Upon first meeting, you knew she really cared about your well-being and listened to your concerns. I ended up with a lot of information to digest, but in the end I did not pursue one of her tailored programs. I started feeling some improvements within a month and by four months was feeling so much better than I've felt in years. To be honest, the foods Heidi told me I needed to avoid.. I already knew I should avoid. But, what really helped me were the things she had me add to my diet, both whole foods and supplements. Many of us have tried dietary changes that center on what you can't have. If you're like me, you focus on what you can't have or can't do, and eventually your will power fades. It helped that Heidi handed me a list of foods I actually like to focus on eating, but really what made it doable is that Heidi is very kind and doesn't expect or want perfection from you. When I have a hectic week or am traveling and can't make ideal meal choices, I am able to rely on my supplement regime to fill in the gaps. These days my health and energy level are a little up and down (depending on how closely... or not... I follow Heidi's recommendations, so there's a NYE resolution somewhere in that). When I was following my plan pretty strictly, my primary care doctor was so thrilled with the improvement in my health that she said she wasn't going to ask questions about what I was doing because she loved the results. :)
