The turkey sandwich was better than the rosemary chicken, but the avocado tasted strange. It appears they are using the large avocados instead of conventional haas avocados. Also got one of the teas, and when I said giant I meant GIANT. Like 32oz. In my first time I got the Blue Hawaiian and it was a pineapple, blueberry and coconut-y tea full of tart flavor, with real frozen fruit inside of it, it was pretty on the outside and inside. Their teas are some of the best of any nutrition place I've tried and I come back just for those a lot and have tried almost every one on the menu, and I have not disliked a single one. They give you a pick me up through healthy caffeine and are super refreshing and tart and always have real fruit in them, they are just addicting. It takes a little while to get the drinks, but its because they put so much effort into making them, so it's worth the wait. The two women working our first time, Alaysha and Katy (Kathy?) were SO kind. We sat and talked to them for a good hour after they made the drinks, they were still learning a lot of English because they are from Puerto Rico but they were real sweethearts and I would come back just to see them again. Juan and Carla who work there a lot are also just the nicest and it makes it even more enjoyable stopping in to support and chat with them. The store is adorable too, decorated nicely and a cool place to just hang out. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try!!

During conversation I mentioned that you can sometimes find it cheaper online, and the young lady working simply replied "OK" and just stared at me in silence. The interaction felt cold, uncomfortable, and honestly a little rude, like it was a "take it or leave it" attitude instead of trying to help or explain anything. Customer service matters, especially for loyal customers. I'm not trying to attack anyone personally, but I do think more customer service training could help. A friendly explanation or conversation goes a long way in making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Zack, one of the employees at this location was super helpful for us, and he said that if you can provide proof that there is a lower price presented by a different place/ business, they will match that price! That was seriously a game changer of coming to GNC or going somewhere else. So my best advice if you're like me and have always needed/ used supplements to help your lifestyle, or you're embarking on a new journey to become more active and want to make that change by getting some products to help- don't be afraid to ask the people working for advice (they can be really helpful, especially Zack at this location!), and do your research of what you might want, compare prices and sizes so that you can get the best deal possible!

I'm thrilled that there is self check out because the line can get long because there's usually only 1 staffed register open. There are usually more self checkout lines so that really helps speed up the check out process. Store is well lit and has wide aisles! I have found that the store tends to run out of produce and goods later in the day so I would recommend going early. Like the saying goes early bird gets the worm.
