Loved the staff. The bud was alright. But the Trulieve pen sucks. Leaks all over and I had to buy a new pen just for their brand.

Worst Trulieve location I've ever been to. I drove an hour and I half to this location specifically becuase they had the most product availability (mobile ordered online the night before). They never filled my mobile order I had placed over 12 hours before so I had to sit and wait over an hour to be seen as a walk in and they were out of a lot of the things I ordered because there was a sale running. The girl who filled my order was extremely rude and kept saying she was hoping to leave by 6 PM but it wasn't going to happen now because I was there with a larger order. She kept muttering things under her breath and cursing as she continued to ring things up and made me feel like an inconvenience. She overcharged me and I said something about it and she completely shut me down and wouldn't hear it. I have now tried calling CS 5 times and can't get this issue resolved. read more

Horrific experience. My order was given to someone else & when I arrived, I was not allowed to use points, or Snap discount. The person waiting on me claimed to be the Mgr although there was no evidence that she was (Annabel or Abigail) was negative, patronizing & condescending without a shred of hope, optimism  or apology for not having my order available when I drove from another county to pick it up. No one notified me that my order had been depleted or changed, no advance notice, and when I did arrive, after placing my order online, I still had to wait 1/2 hour to be able to pick it up and leave. Just horrific LAKELAND on FLORIDA AVENUE Experience. Totally shocked & disappointed. 2nd encounter there with terrible customer service, this time terrible management (or perhaps best stated as lack of management). This store is in need of education by a leader in customer service and management like the Seffner Store on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd has. I will share this experience on social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc). in hopes of protecting others from the type of horrific & shocking experience I had to suffer through in the effort of picking up my medicine. Shame on Lakeland for allowing such malignancies into their formerly well-stocked & well-managed store. Shame on Trulieve in Lakeland for not having their very best train the incoming new talent. I rarely give any business such a low rating, but Trulieve at 1644 N. Florida Ave. In Lakeland FL has definitely earned it. I've been cheated on my delivery fee twice, and had one of my orders rung up at double the price because I decided to go pick it up myself even though I had originally placed it as a delivery order. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on hold and being transferred repeatedly and only got results when I promised the manager (which, by the way), it took DAYS to get by phone... that if my issues were not resolved to my satisfaction, I was going to post on every social media platform how difficult they were to deal with when they screwed up. She finally decided that her feeble attempts to offer me a "free" edible and some points was not going to make up for a double charge on my order and she refunded the overcharge. Today, however, was the breaking point. I found out that if my order was 200 dollars, I could get free delivery. So when I placed the order I immediately went to the chat feature to confirm that my order, which was 220 dollars, would have no delivery fee. She told me absolutely, and to remind the driver and it would be removed from the order when she made the delivery. The delivery person arrived, I asked her if the delivery fee had been removed and she said yes. I believed her, paid, and even gave her a tip. My son looked at the receipt later and pointed out to me that they had, in fact, added some of my discount points to the order, bringing my total from $220 to $198, making sure my order was just under $200 so they could slap that delivery fee on my order anyway! I never authorized them to use my points and they are supposed to ask before applying them. I can't help but feel like they just use shady practices like this, then make it incredibly difficult to get things corrected. After being lied to in the chat, and lied to by the delivery person on this order, I am finished with Lakeland Trulieve! Winter Haven, here I come! For those of you still using the Lakeland store, please check your receipts and make copies of your orders. And if you use thier delivery services, REALLY CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I've been burned twice on that. And if you DO place an order for delivery, NEVER try to save them gas by picking it up yourself. I did that once, thinking it would be no big deal. OMG! Because I picked it up and saved them a trip, they removed ALL the sale prices and charged me double because they tried to say that I was no longer allowed the sale prices because they were considering me as a walk-in and the sale prices had only been good for the day before. However, if I had left it as a delivery, which would have made it 2 days after the sale, they would have honored the sale prices. That's how screwy things are being done at the Lakeland store. All I can say is there are other Trulieve locations and if you do use the Lakeland store, buyer beware! read more
