With this being Memorial Day weekend, but a nasty rainy day, it was very quiet and calming shopping and checking out experience. The owners Meaghan and Shane opened this in 2022 on York road and it's just a delightful experience. My favorite is the super chicken (I always order this) and for a drink the house paw paw soda it's made with the native fruit paw paw (do research on this it's amazing) that they make into a vinegary shrub with soda water. It's so yummy. The quality shines here as well as the light airy high ceiling interior and the plants. This is a must visit and honestly a little slept on. Lisa was my server on my most recent visit and she was so sweet. She told me her wife works here and she was filling in as a neighbor and a patron! We love that.

They range from superfood-forward classics like ginger and turmeric to fun seasonals like smoked pineapple to mind-blowing botanical mashups like hibiscus/mint/linden flower. They described them as "guzzleable," and let's just say we guzzled! They have an equally impressive lineup of house fermented veggies that are all unique. We loved the extra spicy kimchi and the green tomato ferment. Their food menu is a colorful and creative celebration of all their homemade and locally sourced fermented and other food items. A few times I got the wrong flavors/items completely, it was all over the place.
