The custard is consistently delicious, there are plenty of options of sundaes, concretes, shakes, etc. My favorite item as of late is a taste of Disney close to home--their Dole Whip! The staff is always knowledgeable, attentive, and they were patient. The lady in front of me this past Tuesday had what felt like a million questions about Wednesday's flavor of the day, Pumpkin Cheesecake. The patron behind me must have been a regular because they scooped his usual order before he even got to the counter AND they greeted him by name! I like to take co-workers, friends, family, etc. here when I can, especially with a vegan option available! I hope to try the flavor of the day Blue Moon in 2026, I missed it this year. It was mostly families with kids there, but I only waited in line for 5 minutes and only waited for my order for another 5 minutes! I usually order the Triple Chocolate Concrete with every type of almond and nut they have--it was so wonderfully fresh, smooth, creamy, and deliciously nutty!! There is no indoor dining for this place but they've got some outdoor picnic tables you can eat at! However, just about every table was already taken by all the families with kids, so I just ate in my truck (which was fine, since it was a bit chilly outside)! Anyway, I will definitely be back!! We tried the…read mores'mores slush and were pleasantly surprised with the marshmallow-y, graham cracker crumbs of deliciousness in a cup. I liked that you can customize the sugar content. The Caramel Macchiato Slush tasted like a candy bar in a cup. The slushes were a great cool treat for summer. Watch out for the sealed top, one of ours was not sealed properly and spilled a bit all over the floor. I liked the wall mural and themed artwork. It was a nice melding of cultural images and modern city life. It was simple, minimalistic but left an impression of being bold and vibrant. We will definitely visit on repeat!

The employees we nice enough, just had the feeling of "heres your food, bye", but that's not a bad thing. Again it was good service, I wouldn't bring my kid here though, not saying it's not kid friendly. You can hear almost everything the employees talk about, and the time I was there one was swearing, not a lot but I still wouldn't want my kid to hear that. Anyway, 4 stars

I've gone here a few times since it's one of the closest smoothie places to my house. Their smoothies really are super - they're BIG, filling, and their different options are great! I'd opt in for their green smoothies for a healthier, less sugary drink. But they do have some yummy smoothies too if you're looking for a sweet treat ;) Plus seasonal items, as well. Overall I have nothing bad to say about their smoothies except their sizing - they only have 1 size, and it's huge. I wish so badly they had smaller sizes because I barely ever finish their smoothie it's that big, or it gets all melty by the time I'm at the bottom because there's so much of it. I hate wasting, so I'd rather just get a smaller size and drink what I know I can finish. The food is surprisingly good, too. It's not incredible but it's better than I thought it would be. Their Thai chicken salad and wrap are yummy! Plus you have the option to choose a free side (or upgrade for a better one) with almost all the food items here. A TAD pricey for some of the sizes of the food, but it's still not bad. The young staff here is always great, they're super friendly and get your order out in a timely manner. The place itself is very clean and spacious, too, with lots of natural lighting and parking directly in front of the store. I definitely recommend this location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

The inside was really clean and the staff were all very friendly. Ordered using the kiosks which was nice but it would be nice if the menu provided some more info about each drink. I'm sure the staff would've been happy to answer any questions but I also didn't want to be a bother. I ordered two iced brown sugar coffees with boba and 80% sugar and they were good but still a little too sweet for our taste. Next time we'll probably go for 50% sugar level. Would try again if I were in the area or saw one of thwir other locations.
