Worst case scenario, I'll have to add the sweet to it. I was pleasantly pleased. I didn't have to add a thing. There are some excellent offerings throughout the store of course. The bakery is full of the best tasting stuff (I have been to others so that I know from experience) but it's the fruit for me. I look forward to buying more delicious produce there.

These Cost Plus stores have bars / snacks that I have never seen at your usual supplement stores which is nice. They also have different products between the stores which can be kind of fun! This location of Cost Plus Nutrition has very friendly staff that is happy to help you find the product for your needs. The store manager is also very knowledgeable and fun to talk to to learn about new/ up&coming products. They have a great selection of products and carry a good range of local specialty products to your usual bars like the Quest/ One Brands. My favorite thing about this store though is your ability to find a new/ tasty protein snack here- they're always finding things that are new to the market and that taste great before they're mainstream. Only issues with this store and other locations of it is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it. Also, they are sometimes a bit higher in price than other stores because they're small but they're always happy to understand where they can do better (I've never left dissatisfied). Overall, this is a good store with fun products and nice staff- visit them!

Buying meals from Zedric's would negate that. So we went in. You can see some employees putting together meals on the left as you go in. There are huge refrigerators lining one wall. Each area is clearly labeled with what's on the shelves and their prices. Mostly chicken dishes (yea for me), some turkey dishes and some beef dishes. Most contain the meat and a side. We chose to try the grilled chicken with cheesy rice, broccoli and cauliflower. The husband went for rustic chicken with penne pasta. He said his was OK, but not real enthusiastic. When is he, over food. Mine was pretty tasty. The issue and maybe it's because we're pigs, is that it's not quite enough food. We were a little hungry after finishing the meal. I'm thinking maybe a third more food would be perfect for dinner. These would be OK for lunch. Pricing wasn't bad. $20.50 for the two dishes. No tax. You'll get a 15% discount if you subscribe. That is, buy several meals a week. If you want them delivered, that is about $15. Cost prohibitive for us. They do have a nice introductory deal. $47 for six of their better-selling meals.
