When I got to the register to check out, I too ended up in a shouting match with him. He was RUDE and ineffective in handling customer complaints which include: 1-Listen attentively 2-Empathize and APOLOGIZE 3-Offer and execute a solution In speaking with a few others, this not the first time for this behavior from him. My recipe called for a tiny portion so he was cool when I asked for a small dollop. If you want local honey, guess what? They have them here too (regular and darker color). Plenty of CBD gummies, seeds, spices, and groceries at the back of the store. Shop is closed on Sundays. Parking is easy to find. If you are a regular customer, ask for a punch card so you can get a discount after 5-10 purchases.
