I will just say that this 100% illegal. They have a contract with my insurance company, regardless of the reimbursement. Meaning they are obligated to fill my prescription at whatever cost to them. I am going to be refilling my prescription in a few weeks, we will see how much the guy behind the counter "thinks" he's going to charge me. There is a large, clean bathroom inside if you need it. The service is always pleasant and informative and medical patients get points towards rewards for their purchases. *they charge a fee if you pay with a credit card, so cash is best! They do have an ATM inside but I believe there is also a fee on that. However, the employee responded by arguing that this was not permitted, citing concerns about viewing other customers' data. I clarified that my request was solely to access and verify my own personal information, not that of any other customers-patients.Under Rhode Island's data privacy principles and patient protections, individuals have the right to access and review their own personal data. As a first time shopper the staff took a lot of time talking about the product and what I was…read morelooking for. They have their own brand and one other that I saw. They really push their own product and I'm not sure why the other is there. I believe both were organic. You can buy their oil with flavoring added to make the product more palatable. What they don't tell you is there is an extra charge to get the flavored variety and they push that as well. Honestly, I did not care for the flavoring. I did not seem to be getting any relief from the product so I went back in, discussed with another employee what I was experiencing and they recommended I try a stronger version. This time I got it without the flavoring and it was preferable to me. It tastes just like any oil, and you use a small amount. With the original 'lower dose' version, I was experiencing an increase in symptoms and thought it was just that the situation was getting worse. With the second 'higher dose' version my symptoms went nuts and I stopped taking the product. The symptoms quickly returned to pre-CBD levels. This was a huge relief after weeks of taking the product. For me this product did not have the desired effect. I can't say if it was this product or CBD in general. This is just my experience. I have not tried another brand. I'll stick with meditation and yoga for now.
