I've called for 2 weeks straight only needing my insurance card sent to…read moreme (that's automatically drafted from my account) so i can re-register my trucks and nobody has any info on my insurance account. However it's been pulled from my bank account every month, they haven't missed that. I call and their employees are in the background cursing and you can hear them literally playing with each other throwing stuff in the office. I literally had to ask the lady to tell her coworkers to calm down a bit because i could not even hear her. The ladies were talking about a "bitchass" this and "bitchass" that and yet with all the time they have to cut up and play around nobody will give you a call back or hardly answer the phone. These people are ridiculous, your whole Tyler store deserves to be fired. They never get anything right and they make a horrid impression of your company. At this point 2 weeks into this ordeal I have gotten nowhere except they told me to start trying to call the insurance agency they had chosen myself. I did not pay another company I gave you my money and I want my insurance information ASAP like NOW. Figure it out before lawyers have to get involved. I've been paying on a policy. I expect and will take nothing less than you upholding your end AMAX.
