I want to use the drive-through car wash today and I slid my card through and it said to wait till…read morethe light turned green so I don't even know if it charged my card or anything but the light never turned green and the vehicle on the other side of me was having the same issue I did not see a phone number to call. I tried to Google it, but that phone number is not working either so I would just not go through the drive-through there were people using the handheld wash that didn't seem to have a problem. I don't know if you used cash if the drive-through would work or not good luck.

Since I've moved to Fort Scott, 2 and a half wars ago, I've only ever used this location to clean…read moremy vehicles, both wash and vacuuming. Tonight I stopped by to empty random accumulated trash items and to vacuum my passenger side of my truck when, I'm guessing is the owner, approached me and asked if I needed quarters. I didn't need his quarters so I told him no thanks that I was throwing away some stuff at the moment. He gave me a ridiculous look so naturally I asked if that was okay that I cleaned my truck. With quite the attitude he said he'd rather me not. At this point I let him know that I've been a customer here for awhile, the only place I go, and that I've always came and got my truck washed and vacuumed my interior. He went on about if I'm going to do this that I need to be a customer and that he is trying to run a business. And made it a point to assume I was trash using his garbage bins, amongst other things throughout the conversation. I understand the concern. But if your going to treat your customers like that then there is absolutely no point in me doing business here. It's been a long time since someone disrespected me like that tonight. Why couldn't he ask if I planned on using the vacuums instead of assuming I wasn't going to use them? I mean, normal people throw stuff away before they clear larger items out of the way to vacuum the flooring, right? If you are having that much of a problem with non-customers that you feel the need to be disrespectful to others, then it's probably a sign that you should take more extreme measures in protecting your garbage cans from being used. Due to the owners interaction with me, I won't ever use this location again. Typhoon Bay you lost a loyal customer, not that my business makes a huge difference to you, but hopefully this will open your eyes on how to treat your remaining customers.

If I could give this business a zero rating, I would. Don't waste your money. I went there July of…read more2026. My vehicle was washed and then I drove over to the vacuums. This car wash only has one vacuum per station and the hose isn't even long enough to get both sides (unlike other car washes that have two per station, one on each side). I begin to vacuum and the orange attachment on the end continued to fall off. So I then moved over to the next vacuum and that vacuum wasn't even working at all so I had to keep using the vacuum that the attachment kept falling off. About 60 seconds into vacuuming, ALL of the vacuums turned off. I went to try to find a staff member and nobody was available. After about 7 minutes, a very rude employee (who said his name is "Dewan", white guy, young, overweight with curly dark hair) comes out and I told him the vacuums turned off. He said "Yeah because we are closed." I said "What?! I literally just got my car washed and now I can't vacuum." He said "I don't know what to tell you, we close at 7." I said "Your website says you close at 8". He replied "No, we close at 7." He was actually laughing as he spoke to me. I said "What is so funny about the fact that I just paid $20 to get a full car wash and I'm only getting half the service?" He literally said "Well you shouldn't have come when we're closed." I said "I didn't come when you're closed. You washed my car didn't you? And by the way you said NOTHING when you approached me at the entrance about being closed or closing in the next few minutes knowing very well I wasn't going to be able to vacuum. Furthermore, your website says you close at 8!" I then asked him for the name of the manager and he laughed and walked away.

"Have the day you deserve." Those were the parting words of the portly gentleman who explained to…read moreme that each of the In & Out carwashes "runs on its own system" and could not possibly honor my free car wash. My initial car wash was in Springfield ($25), but, as I am traveling, I attempted to use my car wash code at the Joplin location on 8/24. Do not attempt to do this!!! You will be shut down, you will not receive your car wash, you will not have your questions answered, and you will be told to have the day you deserve. I'm attaching a copy of my ticket. It would be One step toward customer service if it said anywhere on the paper that it was "for this location only." The initial wash in Springfield was actually not bad which is the two star rating.
