Car owners beware! This business has the worst customer service imaginable. My car was damaged on 8/30 inside the car wash. The manager was contacted but couldn't be bothered to come to the site. I had to pay for a tow truck and the damage was more than $1400 to repair. I called almost every day since and left messages. I have sent several email. No response whatsoever. on 10/17 i drove up to get my car washed, as I approached I notices two cars ahead of me so I waited about 1-2 minutes to see the cars ahead of me get more than halfway through. The reason for this is because my son car was smashed back in February where the car in the front wasn't able to move which caused the middle car, my son to be hit from front and back. Issue has never been resolved, so I take necessary precaution when I enter. As I entered I noticed when I was about halfway through that the two cars that were ahead of me, somehow I could still see them, and as I got a little closer I noticed there cars were no longer moving. At the end of the wash there is a green light for you to go and exit but again no movement. I started honking my horn, still no movement from the other cars because I'm on a moving belt my car is being controlled . I tried putting my car in park, and putting it in reverse I was screaming and in shock that no one there to control the conveyor belt in an emergency situation. I was trying to do whatever I needed to do to prevent running into the other cars that were still at the end of the wash. There was nothing I could do because the conveyor belt kept moving me forward. Eventually I was at the end and the front of my car bumps the back middle car. I think because I have a suv my car was large enough to push the other two off. We all pulled over and the driver that was in the front indicated that the light never turned green and he believes that was the reason he could not move. His car was driveable I even saw the driver leave from the incident. We all were there when the police came and the officer said that he could not file a report because it was not an person to person accident it was personal property and that the car wash was definitely at fault that we just need to get car washes insurance details. The manager provided everyone with a incident report and since then nothing has happen. No one ever returns your phone calls, I had to go back up there multiple times and never any response. Then i decided to contact customer service and I got and denial from the General Manager regarding the incident. I asked if he could have the district manager call me back because I was not accepting a denial for something they're responsible for. District Manager is Prestin Turpin never called me back after a month so I reached back out to corporate started leaving messages, and sent another email. The district Manger finally called me back the last week in November to tell me he was denying the incident that it was on the person driving in the front of the line. This is the same thing the district manager told my son and our accidents were two different days. read more

I absolutely LOVE this car wash! Several reasons, but MOSTLY bc the staff-MIKYIAH! SHE IS AMAZING! I finally decided to do a review after countless times of being greeted by her. Her customer service skills are off the charts. She even walked by and said hello and asked how I was doing. The first time I met her I asked her so many questions about the different packages. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She answered ALL of my questions and was super knowledgeable! I truly appreciate her every time I come in! The rest of the staff is always very nice, as well. The car wash itself is great! The people that spray off the front of the car always take special care to do a great job! There is always plenty of clean towels which is a deal breaker for me! The worst Go Car Wash location I've experienced. Unfortunately this location is one of the most convenient for me, so I've been several times. The service is consistently terrible. The attendant who is supposed to spray your car with the de-bug spray is almost always on their phone and half the time doesn't spray my car. The location has never once had towels available when I've gone. When I'm paying nearly $40/month, I expect to get the full service every time and in every location. read more

This is, by far, the worst automatic car wash I have ever been to! I paid $14 to have my truck washed. Absolute waste of money! My tires did not get scrubbed as advertised with that level wash. The entire rear of my truck is still dirty, aside from the streaks where the soap and water managed to get on it. The main reason for going was to get the undercarriage rinsed and get the mud off of the running boards. I cannot attest to the undercarriage, but the running boards absolutely did not get attention. I didnt even bother with the vacuum. I dont understand why this location is still in business. Needless to say, it will not be receiving my patronage ever again. I'll wait for the rain. This is by far the worst establishment I've ever dealt with. The employees don't know what they're doing and half of their equipment doesn't work and I have the premium package for over three years. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!! Unbelievably difficult to cancel!!! Insane!!!! I've been dealing with this company (corporate) since this past April to try and cancel my membership. I have reached out by phone multiple times, emailed TWICE, as well as disputed this recurring transaction to no avail. Un-freaking-believable! On the phone, they said they absolutely cannot cancel a membership over the phone or in person, and that it must be done on their website. Except that their website was broken and wouldn't let me submit my cancellation request, so I emailed to let them know - no response. Then, I emailed again to try and cancel, no response. Not to mention that when I originally signed up for membership, they entered in my vehicle information incorrectly, so my out of state license plates are not recognized on the website even if the website was working to submit the request. I thought this was sorted out after submitting a transaction dispute, but nope! Not to mention, the quality of the wash is hit or miss depending on who is working. I have only ever seen this location have towels ready to use one time. I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is RIDICULOUS. FYI, my complaint is 98% against corporate, not this particular location. read more

Attendant at the entrance, texting constantly. No greeting or passing out air fresheners. The next attendant, also texting, only sprays the left front tire, whereas the other GO car location in Belton - Raymore takes time to spray both the front tires and the back of the car. I went here and had my car washed, left, not even 2min down the road and I noticed my passenger side mirror was gone. I turned around and went straight back. I spoke with someone and filled out an incident report. They told me it would take about 3 business days for someone to get back to me. Before I leave the guy brings me a random cracked mirror from inside and proceeds to tell me how this was their third incident that day ( are you kidding me?! I took my car through the wash which happens to be a Range Rover Sport 2006. The car washes brushes got tangled up in the hatch back tail light lens. The brushes broke the lens. When I got home and saw the damage I went back to the car wash to explain to the assistant manager what happened. He went into the wash and came out with the lens. We filled out a accident report. I told me that they would not be responsible for the damage because my car was a 2006. I'm writing this report to inform the public that if your car gets damaged in this carwash you are responsible for the damages. Not the carwash. Be aware and be warned. Was involved in accident inside the tunnel. Cars were jammed into each while the track was still moving. Waited for call from manager on how to handle a claim. Went by and talked to a young worker who was super nice who said the manager would call. Still nothing from the manager. No refund for not being able to finish the wash I had paid for.
