Our first time to an Acura dealership and it was wonderful experience. Cecil Noiles was our sales person. We spent the most time with him and he is a gem. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, then took the time to help us talk through what we liked and didn't like about the vehicles we tested. I had to give up my 2000 4Runner due to an accident that once it was taken apart to work on, left too much hidden damage for insurance to want to repair. Cecil guided us through making the best decision for us and talked to us about add on policies we might be interested in. Good all round guy, was very respectful to the fact that I would have preferred to keep my 4Runner and we experienced what purchasing a vehicle should be...a good time. Jeff Johnson was our finance person. He helped us make a decision regarding add on policies, without pressuring us to purchase them. Everyone we encountered was helpful, professional and kind. Would certainly recommend them to anyone. Our purchase was an Acura Certified vehicle, which includes the first 10 oil changes and tire rotations. Had spoken with Dillon initially to get a quote on some Michelin tires, and while it took a little while for them to call me back, they were helpful over the phone. I had missed out on a promotion going on at Costco due to the time it took to get a call back on a quote, so they were able to price match with the price quoted from the competitor. Dillon was in a meeting when I showed up for my meeting, so Jack (Glessner) assisted me and was quite pleasant to deal with. Didn't try to oversell me on anything, and provided me a rebate form from Michelin to save extra money. While it's never fun to spend $800+ on tires, it was a decent experience. While COVID has shutdown some of the cafe waiting experience, there were still ample drinks and snacks available, and the environment was clean and pleasant. While I had been quoted initially on the phone with Dillon that the tire replacement wouldn't take more than 45 minutes to an hour, it actually took closer to two hours of waiting but it's all good. read more

Scheduling a service was pretty simple over the phone. I reached there 10mins earlier than my appt time and a service advisor was there right away. He explained to me about the service that they intend to do and also gave me a rough quote on what I might need to pay. He did mention that it would take around 1hr and 15mins for this to be done. I was waiting in the lounge and working on my stuff as their lounge offers free breakfast as well as wifi. And exactly in around an hour and 15mins, he came and gave me a heads up that the car wash was being done and it will be ready in like 5mins. And within the next 5mins, we did the paperwork and the car was ready. The service advisor even walked me out of the door. I didn't get a chance to write a review about how good Jaywolfe Acura handled me during the car sale, but the service process was also equally fantastic! I brought in my car to have the battery replaced. My appointment was not until 1130 and I arrived at 8 o'clock to drop off my car. As I was waiting for the shuttle to take me to work, my service coordinator offered to buy me breakfast at the café while I was waiting for my shuttle driver. Then she came to me and told me that the shuttle driver was there, but they were going to be able to service my car sooner. she offered me the option of leaving with the shuttle driver or waiting approximately 30 minutes for my vehicle to be finished. although ultimately, it ended up taking longer than 30 minutes to complete the service, she kept me informed of the progress being made, and continued to offer the shuttle driver to immediately take me to work. I appreciated the continual updates, servicing of my vehicle sooner, breakfast, and a comfortable lounge to wait. Nikki was the best service coordinator! read more

Jordan was my technician and properly diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing failure, as my MDX sounded like a jet taxiing on the runway. He advised me it was not a safety issue and I waited about a week for the repair. It was done within a single day. I have to comment that the spotless condition of the shop floor and even in the garage contribute to a pleasant environment for both customers and staff. Jordan referred me to the man whose job it is to keep the floor spotless and I thanked him for his work. I also left items in the loaner car and the man who located the car for me helped me carry bags of Lowes goods to my car with an extremely pleasant and helpful demeanor. I have not had a bad experience there since buying my car in late 2017 and the general manager/managers appear to find competent, pleasant and friendly associates. Great experience. read more

From the smooth drive into the service area, the person that greets me at my vehicle, and takes my information to the kind person who makes coffee and sandwiches or whatever else you like while you wait. This might have been the best car buying experience I've ever had. Extremely friendly and helpful "team" of people. No back and forth games like at most dealerships. In fact, my salesperson Jimmy Carpenter never had to leave one time to "talk to his manager". He also took the time to go over everything in detail with me (more than once) when asked, which I very much appreciated. I felt comfortable and fairly treated during the entire buying process, and I haven't felt that way at a car dealership in a very long time. One of my best car buying experiences. Salesperson Christopher Marshall took great care of me from the beginning, answering every question and had timely responses to emails. I was currently test driving Cadillac XT6s and Acura MDXs and the service, purchase incentives and transparency from Jay Wolfe was far superior. I brought my car in for regular service as I normally do. The code indicated that I was up for antifreeze replacement on top of oil, tire rotate and balance and some other minor things. I was originally told this would take 3 hours. Upon arrival though, they noticed that I had recently had my 100k mile maintenance performed, which included a water pump replacement, including antifreeze and advised that that component wouldn't actually be needed this time. Everything was fine until I learned that I was expected to pay for the change of fluid in the rear differential. I was told when I leased the car in June of 2019....that all routine maintenance was no charge for two years....similar to BMW who provides all maintenance free for the entire three years of a lease. In retrospect I suspect I was just told that to secure my business. This was my first Acura MDX, I love the car, but I will have to find another dealership to do business with....I've had too many problems ( too many issues to talk about) with Jay Wolfe Acura since the beginning of this lease. Me and my families over there want to purchase a car,and we ready to sign a contract and put cash down to buy it, when sign some of the paper work and go through financing,stuff like this.They requires us to get different kind of proof of residency, we use one day to get all those things they need,and after we get all those document ready, they just told me they have sold out the car we want!! Since we had reached out and scheduled an appointment to look at a particular vehicle we knew who we would be meeting with. Purchased a used, non-Acura SUV, and I was very pleased with all the folks I dealt with, especially Norm Dean, Team Leader of Sales. My vehicle was purchased "as is" but it was very clean, serviced, and with new tires. The day following purchase I noticed the gas gauge does not work properly. I called Norm and he said to drop by the dealership after the weekend. I expect the condition to be fixed but, if not, I'll submit an updated review.
