I just built a car out of a washing machine. I'll be taking it for a spin later. This is a great location with a few entrances so you won't have to try to turn in here from a major road. I never have long lines to contend with when I come here. The vacuums are great and of course they are free. This is the type of place where you should have a monthly subscription so you could just swing in get your car cleaned and continue on with your day. read more

We have used them before they were bought out and use their vacuums pretty often and their vacuum heads keep falling off and had one fall off (again) and scuffed my screen in my car. They also seem to struggle to keep them working consistently which is a real bummer read more

I have given this company and specifically this location too many opportunities. I have been a member for 6+ years from back when it was "Wash and Roll". The service and management have been heading down hill ever since the name change. I cancelled my membership today. Rude employees, less than good service, and equipment regularly down, or not working properly. There are too many other options with far better service for the money. Machines leave dirt down half the vehicle. No offer to close in mirrors or unfold. Made the mistake of leaving them open because I was being loaded and couldn't reach last second, almost ripped them off. The towel and wheel station walked right past me to do somebody two cars behind so I just left. Only upside is they have towels, spray and conditioner to finish the job they didn't do and NOT to forgot, last time I did get tire shine, they put it on so heavy without rubbing it in that it sprayed all down my truck and I had to spot treat it by hand to get rid of it. Not going there anymore unless it's for the free stuff out front. I don't mind paying but if I'm paying I shouldn't have to hop in like I work there to finish the jobs read more

Horrible car wash and the worst employees. Pulled up and two kids stood in place smiling at each other, intentionally ignoring me while I was trying to ask them about the options. One started messing around on his phone and walked away, the other stood as still as he was dumb staring blankly. I asked if he'd like to walk over and help me, with zero response. Then I asked again and said this would move a lot faster if he did. Then he walked over asking, "what do you need". I said I need to understand these options. I asked which one included the tire shine and he said it's the most expensive one, pointing to a logo for the tire shine. The two options just below. Also had the same logo. When I asked about it, he said to ignore those two, it has to be the top one. I said fine and he laughed and took my payment. I wasn't going to argue over a few bucks, but now seeing my truck and tires after the clean, I'm arguing. Not only did I get ripped off, they didn't even shine my tires. They shined ONE tire. One. Dirty rims and only one tire shined. This place sucks and dishonest kids are put in charge. For reference, I used to get my truck washed here often when I lived close by. The service used to be better. There used to be actual service here. The owner of this place should fire every single person there and start fresh. If they don't, I look forward to seeing this place, fail and go out of business. It's deserved at the moment before they scam anyone else. Dirty windshield. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to cancel my membership, and have yet to hear back. I even went to the location and they told me they would cancel my membership, but I noticed I was still billed the subsequent months. I contacted customer support and have yet to hear back weeks later. I eneded up contacting my credit card company to dispute charges, since cancellation is impossible. My experience under previous ownership was great. The new ownership is evidently a black hole. The form on their website doesn't work, nobody answers the phone for their customer support, they don't answer the text messages or emails for their customer support. Stay away. read more

Part of what makes joining their monthly membership service intriguing is that you can cancel at anytime. Or can you? I cancelled my membership with Wash N Roll back in January 2023, but again was charged in February. I visited this site in person and found out they are now owned by GO Car Wash, and the manager cancelled my membership in their system right in front of me. Too bad that didn't work either. I have been charged the same $35.49 like clockwork on the 9th of every month. Despite multiple attempts to contact GO Car Wash, and disrupting the charges with my CC company every month, GO continues to charge me. The turn to get into the wash is so tight that my back wheels always get pushed to the side when trying to get on the track. But the worst part is the towel dry. Five seconds of two ​teenage boys smacking my $75k car with two towels leaving all the dirt. They were being extremely rough with my car only to not get it dry. They were in too much of a hurry to get back to chatting with their visiting friends and were laughing and the whole time they repeatedly smacked my car. Came here for a car wash on a used vehicle I bought . I ordered the 25$ high roller package . I expected to be in the actual car wash for a lot longer than the 3 minutes my car was being wash . Beware! Our truck was damaged on May 29th when it lurched backwards 3 times hitting the car behind us and possibly the equipment. The area manager, Deandre, has not been responding to my numerous texts. I have received two estimates to fix the damage. The lowest estimate was $731.77. I would think a business with integrity would want to make things right. I would recommend that you find another carwash. Or use this one and risk getting your vehicle damaged. read more

I took my Jeep Wrangler through this carwash on 8/16/21 and the brushes in the car wash removed one of windshield wipers. Came out of the wash and reported the damage. "I was told no problem, let me get the manager and we will fill out a report and they will pay to have the wiper replaced" So, I sat and sat, and after 30 min or so waiting for "the manager", I called the corporate office voiced my displeasure of the damage to my vehicle and the long wait to fill out the paperwork. Lo and behold, a manager showed up with the paperwork. I gave them all of my information (name address, phone number etc.) to get someone to contact me and pay for the damage. I was told someone would be in touch with me within a minimum of 3 days. Well, it has been almost 3 MONTHS and I am still waiting for this call. Still have my wash receipt and my wiper blade receipt to give to them if they cared at all. I still go to this car wash (begrudgingly or maybe stupidly) because it is on my route to go into Austin, but given another convenient option, I would drop them like a hot potato. The biggest reason is every time I go there, the vacuums are barely working or not working at all. (This is EVERY week) I have to move from vacuum station to vacuum station to maybe get one that works. The other, is if something else happens to my vehicle, I doubt they will even bother to call, much less pay for the damages. Consumer beware!!! read more

Been paying for high roller for about 6 months. This time when I went a group of boys that were suppose to do my wheels were going back and forth who wanted to do the wheels. Nobody wanted to do their job . Was very disappointing.. I got out at the gas station to look at them and they were still dirty . Both me and my husband go there and really want to take our 80 dollars elsewhere . Sad part is we tip too beside this time bc I heard the whole convo..Then tried calling to leave feedback, voicemail wasn't set up. Was trying to leave feedback on page and it keeps turning the "wheels" unless it was a good feedback then it went to the other page and recommended to use yelp review.. well here is my "awesome" yelp review they would like ... locations are typically down when I wanted to get a wash, during December went to 3 locations and got bounced around trying to get my car washe. this was the final straw so I called the main number and no one EVER answers the phone. ironically I called a TN main number and they picked up on the second ring... I digress filed to cancel both my wife and my subscriptions on line and got billed again in Januar. went to the Journey location to cancel ... we will see what happens this company is terrible!!! The lady standing at the stand was very nice and helpful in all aspect. The young man that helped me into the washing machine was very polite and did a great job at scrubbing my car. However, when I got to the drying station there were Two young men who were supposed to wipe down and shine my tires but did not do a great job at all. I had many dirt stains left that I wiped off in one swipe when I pulled into the vacuum area. Furthermore, the first vacuum area I pulled into had no towels or spray bottles to clean my car with. I had to move to another lane and again there was only wet towels and one spray bottle that was almost done. I had to walk over to other lanes to grab spray bottles while people are looking at me for having to walk over to grab spray bottles and towels. It was somewhat uncomfortable and the lanes should be more maintained for a friendly and easier experience. Overall, I would think twice before going here read more
