I was in Cedar Park running errands and actually headed to a carwash I had seen on Parmer when I saw this hidden spot on Whitestone. It looked clean, newish, and uncrowded so I pulled in for a wash. Micah took my order and was incredibly friendly and professional. I already felt like they wanted and valued my business. Rachel guided me in to the line with a smile on her face, and I thought to myself, "Wow! These people enjoy working here." The wash was excellent, cleaning my two-year old car thoroughly, they had free vacuums that worked better than other places, and they offer free towels: amazing. The price of the wash was very competitive as well. A bonus touch: numerous signs asking customers to keep their music down, which is a problem at most any carwash you visit these days. I live in the Domain, but I will gladly be driving to CP to use this carwash in the future. Great job guys. read more

Hopefully people read these reviews before visiting Watershed. I wish I had, especially after reading the ones where others had their cars damaged and the Wash won't take responsibility. If I could give this less than a 1 star right now I would. This place is absolutely disgraceful. I bought my car this past October. So 9 months I've had my car. I have taken it to many car washes and have NEVER had the issue I had here. I came here last Sunday for a wash, not taking the time to stop after and vaccum because I was headed to a few other places. So I didn't notice until maybe an hour later, that there was a significant amount of paint missing off of my passenger side door. I immediately called and left a message for the manager, Cameron. After playing phone tag all week, I finally got to see him 5 or 6 days later. We walked around my car, he checked things out, he said the paint looked original (as if it hadn't been repainted). We filled out an incident form, he said he'd review the video. He also recommended that in the interim I call Hyundai and make sure there wasn't a recall for the paint on my car (which I did, and there wasn't) ... I thought we were getting somewhere right? No... I was very wrong. Cameron gives me a call the next morning. He tells me he reviewed the video footage from my cars wash. And here's the story everyone... so you all can see it.... *He tells me he can see where my car entered the wash. And it had paint. *He tells me he can see where my car made it through the foam brush portion. It still had paint. *He then tells me that the car went into the portion with the high pressure washer. My car had paint. However, coming out of the high pressure washer, the paint was gone. So at this point I'm thinking, I'm validated right? This proves that my paint was indeed taken off by the car wash, not by anything of my doing, right? No. Cameron proceeds to tell me, that because there isn't any kind of mechanical malfunction with the washes equipment, that they will not be held responsible for compensating me for the paint on my car. I'm at a complete loss, but I can definitely tell when someone isn't going to take responsibility. So, maybe rather rudely of me (but you'd be in a mood too), I hung up on him. I have an appt with Hyundai's collision center to get an estimate for the paint. And then I'll continue pursuing this at that point. No point beating a dead horse until I need to. But I will definitely be fighting this. read more

Hey. I had a coupon. So I was reluctant. I'm a true believer that if you want something done right - you do it yourself. And this was the case. The drive through is tight. Be warned. Your screen options of choices is wonderful. Full of options .. from ceramic coating to just a basic wash. So- I chose the hot carnuba wax wash. They do seem to have some monthly plans to get washes. It's pretty nice. So I drove through , and it's fast. So fast that the dryer does nothing. About the same as me blowing on it. It's all ok, they have a towel service...That you do yourself. I'm cool with that. So , as I'm drying off about 40% of the side of my vehicle is dirty. You can see where the brushes tried. I wasn't even really dirty. Again - I did t expect much, so it's whatever. One of the "options" was a bug removal. --yea that's trash. My front end was still covered. Most of these drive through places have someone there with a brush. Not here. So. Wheels dirty. Side dirty and the dryer was trash. All in all if you need a 3 min car wash , go for it otherwise save your $ or drive an extra 3 min to otters further down whitestone. Way better results. Thanks again!! See you next time. read more

Beware of double charges if you sign up for a membership with automatic card payment in this place. I was being charge on both credit cards in have linked on my account. The place recognized the months and months of double charges but will not give full refund. They offering gift card only be able to use in their vendo machines or 1/3 portion of the double charges which is a totally scam. Gentleman gave the hand signals to move forward. going forward 20% of the way my new car veered left and I had to honk the horn repeated to stop the line which eventually it did. They never asked about my car they were already going through the steps to have plausible deniability. Mirrors still askew, soap all over. Pulled over once again, STILL not too worried about my car. I have been a customer at this facility for a few months now. It seems like something is always broken. First it was the tire scrub, which I asked about and they handed me a cab of tire foam but, didn't offer to discount the monthly pass after it had been down for a while. Today, the washing machines for the towels was down and had no clean/dry towels plus, the tires still look terrible. I started on the full price monthly wash then went down to the basic wash until the tire portion was working again. Then, went back to the full price wash for nothing as today the tires were not done again. I cancelled the service after this one and would not recommend to anyone. On the good note...the staff has always been helpful and apologetic but, management needs to take care of the equipment. read more

I signed up for the monthly package and have been three times. Two of the times the lines were quick and the wash was good. This past weekend I assume something was broken because the wash was not like the others. No spinning brushes, or soap just some water squirted randomly. The wash is so powerful it ripped off a part of my back windshield wiper. The rinse part left a lot of soap in places. I'll stick with wash n roll where they pre-rinse/scrub your car and you get a free hand dry afterward all for the same price as this place. I've always been a hand wash guy, but this place has changed me. The people that work here are always friendly. The wash always leaves my car clean. I saw someone complain about the dryers not doing much. They do exactly what they're supposed to do - blow off most of the water and leave a little moisture for you to hand towel. Perfect. I love the equipment available in the stalls for taking care of the finishing details. I have both our cars on the unlimited plan. It's so nice to drive through whenever I need to freshen the car up a bit. read more

He tried to tell me because my car was old and that was the reason it broke. I left countless messages he's ignored all of them.... After being ignored and calling different locations for a supervisors phone number I recieved ZERO compensation for any of the trouble that I went through at this business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!General Manger and manager giving me the run around on scratch removal for 3 weeks. 3 weeks later no direct call from management. We called once a week to get a update. First week they had no clue about incident report and said they had nothing on file. Knowingly I took a picture of incident report just in case and they seemed shock that I did that. 2nd week the only had Friday available but I could not go due to work schedule. 3rd week Finally called to schedule and manager requested we take the vehicle up to confirm scratches. So I did. Upon arrival Magically the manager found incident report that got mistakenly put in completed file?? Before I go any further the general manager is on location in the office entire time. Manager came out and took a look and He said he needed to watch video of vehicle entering and leaving wash station. Manager watched video for a 10 minutes to watch where scratches occurred. Manager says he did not see any scratches on video leaving wash station. And if that I would like to see video before I leave I could. And that he would call me in about 24 hours with a update. I Did not have time to stay due to work. I left but turned back around to get a physical copy of incident report. seeing how things have gone so far. After I arrived back again I saw original employee I reported incident to. And told manager. That is the guy I reported it to and manager says "No he was not working that day"???So I open the door myself and ask remember me reporting my scratches and me filing out report. Of course employees acts like he doesn't remember? Meanwhile same employee was in office watching video with manager and with the general manager. So Original employee comes outside And were looking at scratches Employee stated that if there were scratches on vehicle the camera would definitely see because the camera is 4K. Clearly there story not on same page. So scratches were made from me leaving wash station too vacuum station?? I think not! Meanwhile while this conversation goes on for almost 15/20 minutes and they continue repeating there is nothing they can do for me or the vehicle..finally original employee states "you can claim it on me" then out of nowhere General manager finally comes out of office to take a look at it for 5 seconds and says that he already made final call and is was not are car wash that cause scratches and that there was nothing they could do. I said well what was the incident report for? He said just for due diligence.I said can I at least see video as offered before and he says your insurance can request that.
