Had a great time, did the 1:15 hour trip as we brought my folks, who are in their late 80s, and weren't sure how it would go for them. JT our guide was Amazing, and I admire his patience with some of the boat drivers. Boats are fun, stable, and easy to drive. 'My folks had no problem driving their own boat. You stay relatively dry considering your plowing through waves 6" off the water. Little sandbar stop for pics was a nice touch. Next time we'll take the longer ride. read more

Would give 0 stars if we could. Terrible experience today at their Collier Seminole Park location. Last year it was a 5 star experience at their previous location. Today was the biggest waste of money taking our 2 grandkids on this non adventure. Due to bad weather an AM trip was cancelled & pushed to after our 1 pm departure. By the time we reached open water the guide said we ran out of time and had to go back because the other group was now waiting There was no opportunity to open up & go fast. On the way back a boat hit a mangrove and there was chaos while we were being devoured by mosquitos as the guide attempted to realign the 5 boats in clogged waterway. This was a new location for GoCats & a complete bust compared to an enjoyable trip a year ago in open waters. DO NOT use this company. So. much. fun. Our guide, Captain Mary was knowledgeable and quick to point out various types of marine life giving us the opportunity to take some time and watch in wonder as wild nature swam right by us. She gave us plenty of time to get comfortable manuvering our cats as well as giving us the opportunity to go speedy fast through the gulf waters,THAT was super fun! My hubby and I are no spring chickens and my hubs has some mobility issues. Captain Mary was patient and helpful as we got ourselves situated on the cat. This was a highlight on our 30th wedding anniversary trip.So happy we went we would recommend this trip with this company to all. Oh, and the shells on the island we spent time on...so cool! read more

I want to recommend this experience because the actual boating and tour guide were awesome but everything else was awful. Once you pay for your tour, if you're under 32, you have to take a $10 boating test which had so many tech glitches, we paid multiple times for it. THEN we were never even asked to verify that it was completed. We were told to show up 20 minutes early for the tour but because of construction were told to go to a different location - no issues but it's literally a parking lot in a neighborhood so we called to verify if we were in the correct spot. The woman who answered the phone was so condescending and rude but said someone would be there in a few minutes to meet us. 25 minutes later, someone comes and we get started. No communication. No apology. We didn't even get a recognition that our tour was supposed to start and we arrived early to stand in a random parking lot for 25 minutes. We finish our tour and told to walk to edge of the parking lot to meet the bus driver to take us back to the car. 15 minutes later, no bus but poor Dylan comes and drives us to the car since whoever was supposed to wasn't there. Again - our tour guide was great. He did a great job giving the tour and making sure we were trained, safe and saw the sights but wow everything else makes it not worth it especially considering how expensive it was. 2 stars overall because the tour guide gets 5 but the entire process gets 0. So no, I don't recommend. read more

Took the 2.5 hour adventure tour...the little Craig Cat boat was super fun & easy to use! Captain Mary was awesome...patient, funny, professional, knowledgeable...she enhanced the trip, making it worth every penny! We got to zoom around the mangroves, explore the channel (follow a pod of dolphins), explore the Cape Romano Dome House and lay in the water. The only suggestion I have is for a canopy to be erected over the picnic table for sign-in while we waited. read more

Such a great experience. We took the 2.5 hour tour. A really new and fun way to explore Marco Island and the surrounding area by water. The guides are fun, informative, and patient with persons unfamiliar with driving these Craig Cat boats. I was a little nervous about driving the boat into the open Gulf waters but the staff gave us great instructions and always monitored the group to ensure we were all on course and ok. I have been dying to see the Dome House before it disappears into the water and I was not disappointed. We got to drive around the house and get up close. The guides also took pictures of everyone and will be emailing them to us as part of the package. We saw dolphins and pink flamingos, we got to dock on a private beach to swim and look for shells, and we drove through mangroves full of wildlife. Just a great experience all around. read more

Our family of six took the 2.5 hour tour with Dylan who was an awesome guide.He was very knowledgeable and laid back which allowed for a fun tour. We had some weather issues, which Dylan navigated perfectly by satellite, and was able to adjust the original route and kept us out on the water which provided us a great experience. We will definitely take another tour with Go Cats on the Water when we return to Marco. read more
