Customer service is trash. Car was not clean after wash and they had already dumped the bug scrub an hour before close. I asked for a rain check because there was bugs still on my truck and as denied. I asked to be ran back through and was denied. I have been going here for three years and had a subscription for three cars for two years at one point but it has gone way downhill. Paid 11$ for the decent car wash with tire cleaning and tire shine. Came out and as I am vacuuming my car I notice it's still pretty gross with bird poo and etc on it. I politely ask an associate if I can run it back through as the wash because it left a lot of residue and poo he says he will go ask his manager. His manager comes out and states that everything that's on my car is my paint. And that it won't do any good to run it through again. He then proceeds to rub it with a dry cloth and says see it won't come off.. I rubbed it with my finger and it wiped right off. He chose to not allow me to run it through again. And just walked off after I said I've done my job all I'm asking is for you to do yours. I'm not asking for perfect just asking for my car to be decently washed. read more

Pine Forst location still charging my credit card after I personally requested it be cancelled for the past two months.

There are two locations in Pensacola. The Pine Forest/Mobile Hwy location has the better/newer car wash itself with okay enough service and the Pensacola Blvd location doesn't have the best carwash (sometimes it doesn't rinse the car as well as it should and the dryer isn't always working fully) but they do have great service! We have been to newer, busier car washes but like Go Clean because of the value and service. Also, there's very rarely a wait like at some of the others in town. If they update their car wash machinery at the Pensacola Blvd location, I will change my 4 to a 5 star. read more

I've been going here for a year , usually quiet with very friendly staff. Until they hired some racist who approaches your car with stuff in his hand threatening you about vacuums that are FREE ! I wash my car weekly and vacuum often , staff never bothered me until today. He asked me to leave and turned off the vacuums , when they have a huge sign that says FREE VACUUMS and other staff have invited me to vacuum for free often. Not sure what chip this guy has on his shoulder but he just lost a loyal customer and my family members as well. I'm disgusted that I ever recommended the place. They rarely have business ( I know this because I come often and converse with staff) so I'm not sure why he would run off business being so hateful. I was about to "flip my lid" when I rolled in at 11 minutes to 7pm and couldn't wash my truck! My first thought was negative "these young kids just don't want to work"... I jumped out of my truck and went up to find that the guys were working diligently to fix the rollers so we could keep rolling tonight! I know they're in the heat & get miserable! Well since new management and equipment , its horrible, staff is great and understanding. However getting charged 3 times one month and 2 the next is just crazy. Cant get a call back, cant log into account to cancel . That's just poor business and customer service. read more

WTF is wrong with the employees at these car wash location. My first time going to this location I was at the kiosk looking at the car wash option. This one attendant with a beard comes up to I guess do his job and be helpful with customers (IF NEEDED) but, I told him no thanks, I didn't need any help. He then proceeded to stand directly over me while I'm trying to compare options and started touching the kiosk screen. I was like WTF I didn't need any help!!! I then select the car wash option I wanted and proceed to atte to pay with my credit card, he is STILL HOVERING OVER ME!!!! I said louder "Hey I'm not going to use MY CREDIT CARD while you are hovering over me!" He then huffed and stomped away! That happened a couple months ago. Ever since then I catch him talk shit about me to the other employees every time I go there including TODAY!!! I've had my credit card info stolen twice by people who have hacking devices on them so fucking excuse me if I am a little cautious about using my credit card while a creepy car was attendant is hovering over me!! read more

Been getting my car washed here for the past year. But I have noticed that the personnel that they have fired in recent months have no drive or energy to do a good job. Looks to just do enough to look like they are doing their job. Recently some of them don't even brush the front of the car like they used to, they just spray water on the car....Sad!!! read more
