We needed to get our IRRL VA Streamline done in a timely manner and at the right rate. We were bombarded with mail offers and spam calls about rate reductions. Our bank is quoting us (Navy Federal Credit Union) of 4-6 month waiting period even though this should be a much easier transaction since it's less paperwork but that didn't matter. I want to thank Mark Hagopian for his diligent commitment to ensure we received the best interest rate and acceptable premium payment. When I first spoke with Mark about our refinancing, I informed him that he was competing against one of his competitors for our business. He welcomed the challenge.
