Definitely saved me close to $200 or maybe more. Most important and noteworthy these boys just jumped at the chance 2X (because I had neglected to bring my wheel lock key that Honda City his in my ownership folder ... yeah, that's where it belongs). They had the car jacked up minutes after I pulled in both times and fixed the hole in a few more minutes. This place is great. Reminds me of a family friend from childhood, Russ, over at Circle Tire in Jamaica, who always took care of my family's needs back in the day. I have a new place to save me and my car.

They patched the tire quickly, were polite, professional, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. What really stood out was that I had previously gone to Mavis in Queens Village for the SAME issue and was told I needed TWO new tires. My car is only 8 months old! Cross Island Tires took care of the actual problem with a simple patch and had me back on the road. Fast, honest, efficient, and no nonsense. Exactly what you want from a tire shop. Jesus told me that the piece of metal in my tire was so small that it didn't break through into the tire and that they tested it, it's fine, and there's no charge. Any other shop would have told me they needed to fix it and charged me anyway. Really trustworthy people. Thank you.

They are the experts and should have never recommended a different size tire for a vehicle with all wheel drive just like the owner said he wouldn't recommend himself.
