They are the experts and should have never recommended a different size tire for a vehicle with all wheel drive just like the owner said he wouldn't recommend himself. He then proceeded to start the wipers and the metal started rubbing against a glass leaving a scratch which he claimed that he buffed off. While I am sitting in the car looking at him struggling to put the wiper blades on, I decided to YouTube how this process was done and it turns out that he's really had no idea what he was doing. Then to see my wiper blade snap back and a black piece flying off somewhere was how I knew they had screwed up big time..
