Much to my surprise when I got there I saw they had a auto collision portion of the shop, as well as offering a free hand wash upon Yelp Check In. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who had me complete paperwork for the service and one of the mechanic's took me right away. They conducted the inspection of air pressure etc confirming that I definitely need new tires and I was done in about 15 minutes tops. Fastest oil change of my life. Usually I'm sitting for hours at the dealership just to get the free deal but I was in a hurry and didn't want to put it off any longer. The mechanics were kind and explained everything and even offered free Self Serve water and coffee at their mini bar. I got the feel of visiting the dealership without having to sit for hours.

Everything was taken care of as it should be and am grateful to have been able work with him. I want this company to vet their employees capabilities, and retrain some of ur staffs that have zero experience with services, bcos why wld they want me to pay for a services that I've already paid for. My last two representatives left my car trashy, dented unprofessional services. I'm going to stop complaining about them since I wld never use them again, and thank Andrew for his passion, customer service and knowledge of what a customer deserves. Period.

Felt I was driving blind. Using bike hand signals to let others behind me know I was turning. Mike from parts was so helpful and patient in helping me order the part. Went to get the part and had issue removing the old module by myself. Asked Leo for some help and he went out of his way to help me replace it (spent 20 min doing it), outside in the parking lot. He was still on the clock (no scheduled appt for this service). Just went to buy the part and try to replace myself (YouTube videos). But one of the connectors burned and melted and was stuck). DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My car has tires with wheel locks & I had ONE flat tire & misplaced the lock…read more I took my car here & explained the situation, they said they would see if they had a key that fit & call me back. I was called the next day & told they did not have a key & the only thing they can do was remove the wheel locks off my tires for $400. I said I didn't want that and would pick up my car. The first photo below is how my wheel lock looked when I dropped it off to them. The 2nd photo is how it was after and the third is how they left my front tire when I didn't even ask them to look at this tire!!!! My rims are completely destroyed and I now have to have them replaced as well. NEVER TOLD THEM TO DO ANYTHING TO THE CAR BUT TAKE A LOOK AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY COULD DO AND THEY RUINED BOTH OF MY RIMS.

So I said I just want an oil change and nothing more. Fine. I go and pick up my car and I notice that:  A) They placed the next oil change sticker with 2K miles more than it should have on it  B) 30 minutes later I get another call from the guy saying my oil pan is leaking and I have some other issues...and as I inform him my car isn't there anymore and picked up, he hangs up on me. Shady business practices, don't bother going here for any car issues.

I was in need of a vehicle and spoke to Mike at the shop and decided to purchase a Dodge Durango. When I looked at the car I noticed it had an Alpine Stereo with a digital screen in the dash. When I went to go pick up the car after I had paid for it, "Mike," lied and said the radio wasn't working. There was nothing wrong with the radio because I turned it on when I looked at the car. So, now I have the car with a cheap radio and as I'm driving to work on a rainy day all of the sudden a cascade of water dumps into my lap from the sunroof!!! The sunroof wouldn't completely close and was ajar. I got so sick of this car I ended up getting rid of it and bought a new car. At this point, I am at a loss for thousands of dollars. The car cut off right in the middle of traffic and began to have multiple mechanical issues. After buying another car I returned and asked, "Mike," why did he sell a car with so many issues? He told me that he has no information on any of the cars they sell. They just sell them and that's it. So, if you are looking for a nice car in front of their shop, my firm advice is to keep walking and go somewhere else, but they will rip you off!!!
