Great and fast service. My go to shop for any body repairs and owners are extremely friendly.

Honest. That's probably the most important starting point. Next, good communication - Zak and Adam…read morealways let me know beforehand what they are planning to do. Conservative instead of shotgun (replace everything and see what happens). I worked in auto repair my whole career - as a tech, service manager and then head of training for Avis Budget Group. If you're tired of the way many new car dealers treat you, try this neighborhood experience.

She returned to the shop and left with Adam to look over again. She picked it up on Thursday, I believe, and he told her she needs to go to a dealer for an advanced scan. With her spending nearly $1,000.00 for what she understood was a new ac compressor, and not having the issue repaired, she felt dismissed. She said that Adam, the owner, may have been in a rush to head out for an extended trip away. This following Monday morning, I called Zak and he said he was out last week; he advised that my sister should call him back to set a day to bring the car in for him to look it over. In our brief conversation, he also mentioned the condenser*, but I said the compressor* was changed, and he then stated that the invoice showed mention of both, *in error*, part replaced as the condenser, labor for replacement of the compressor; then said that he would need to look in to what work was actually performed on the vehicle. Next step is for Zak and my sister to set a day to drop the vehicle off for a work review; I let her know on this day, Monday 7/13, noon EST.

I always worry as the car is old and has well over 200,000 miles on it. Nothing to worry about....all done in a few hours, including much needed front brake pads. It's nice to be able to trust a garage again...previous shop found to NOT be trustworthy after several years. I highly recommend this place.

There was a younger guy there who decided that he was going to try to squeeze on two wiper blades. Driver side went on fine and he ended up snapping the passenger side wiper blade off. He then proceeded to start the wipers and the metal started rubbing against a glass leaving a scratch which he claimed that he buffed off. While I am sitting in the car looking at him struggling to put the wiper blades on, I decided to YouTube how this process was done and it turns out that he's really had no idea what he was doing. Then to see my wiper blade snap back and a black piece flying off somewhere was how I knew they had screwed up big time.. My husband decided to call and see what happened and they decided to tell him some cacameme story they made up. This will seriously be the last time we ever come here. If you see any of their young ones working run. They better not be expecting us to pay for their laziness.
