My friend was completely robbed by this company. She purchased a one time payment for someone to inspect and spray her mother's house for Christmas. She did not agree to a contract and she was charged $60 a month since December. Her mother said they never came back after that one time visit and was still charging my friend's debit card. I had a relentless problem with little tiny ants..I couldn't leave pet food down, I had to place everything I purchased in ziplock bags..none of the treatments I used helped at all.. GO-FORTH was the best price I found, and the quickest response. Courtney treated the inside & outside of the house..she explained what she was doing as she went..she was friendly & pleasant, and great with my dog..she said to call if I saw anymore ants show up..the treatment worked!! It's obvious GoForth does not train its associates very well. Once again I called ahead and requested additional sticky traps and was handed only three. The technician did retrieve about seven more from her truck. I asked her if she had brought the pheromone traps for my pantry moth issue, as I had also requested in my call to your company two days ago. At first she told me the company didn't offer them any more-too expensive. I've been paying for them all along. Not believing me, she called and then verified that the company does offer them, but they don't keep them on the truck. I then called the office myself and politely asked why my request was not honored. I got no answer. After requesting to speak with a manager, I was on hold for about 5 minutes only to be told the manager was too busy and would have to call me back. As I was leaving my unit to go to an appointment, the technician was still parked in my lot and asked if I'd still like to speak with a supervisor. I spoke with Brad and relayed my questions to him. He said that they only change out the traps when they're full. I asked, "What constitutes 'full'" He said, "75% full." I asked him how the tech knew both traps weren't full when she didn't check the one in the bedroom. This isn't the first time I have got the run around from this company, but it most definitely will be the last. As a customer in good standing for the past six years, I see that they're interested only in getting money, not providing good customer service. This is the most abysmal service I've ever received. I called this company and they give me a good quote and they give me an appointment . Austin came and check my kitchen where we spotted a mice; then he look around my back yard; and crawl space. He explained to me the procedures he's going to do. He treated my kitchen and around my house and left a bait for the mice. He came back after a week and he replaced the bait that mice have consumed. It's very effective and glad that I hired this company. read more

I have used Go-Forth pest control since moving to Thomasville in 2008. Both techicians- Freddie and Luke- were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If I had any issues that arose in between regular visits, they were always prompt in coming over to service my needs. After getting on the monthly plan, I rarely had any pest issues again. We joined their monthly program six months ago due to having a mouse, insects and spiders in our new home. After six months of having them out repeatedly, we had no relief from the pests and had lost an entire basket of brand new clothes received for Christmas to the mouse. I honestly thought we were going to be re-enacting the movie Mousehunt with the way this mouse was aggravating us. He was noisy and very busy. The company's response was lackluster and their services didn't work. They let us cancel after six months, but would not refund our money. Finally, at our wits end, after losing all that money and getting nowhere, we began reading some tips online for how to get rid of pests ourselves, we cut up some Irish Spring soap and put it in little sachet baggies around the house. Within a week our pest problems were over. Save yourself $30-$50 a month and the hassle of dealing with their visits that don't work, and their customer service. read more

First off, you need to sign a yearly contract for them to even come OUT. This made me a bit perturbed but they KNOW that you need them. Hide sight, I should have called around more places but couldn't find anyone in my area. 2ndly, they didn't tell me that my contract had ended. I feel this is a deception to get more money out of me. I thought they came out every month. Now, let me tell you, I am an intelligent person and I was unaware that they were not coming out every month. At 45 dollars a month, this is a rip-off. I had already got rid of my problem before they came. Amazon has amazing products. I finally realized by looking at my yearly statements that they had Not stopped billing me after the contract was up. Although the woman that came out was very kind and did her job thoroughly, I still would not recommend the company to anyone. She never came inside at all. All I can say is get paperwork UP FRONT for a contract, keep them in a file, and make sure they are coming out to do the job. The manager did refund me for January payment but not for December. We have been customers for almost 10 years. Positive experiences ended shortly after we moved into our home in 2013. We would arrive home to find invoices for work that was alleged to have been done. Despite the gfact that we had specificaly asked that they come to the house when one of us was home, this practice continued. We learned that one worker had been fired for showing up and putting an invoice in the door without doing the job. Finally we kept getting billed for services we had no way of knowing the work was done. When I spoke with them, I was told they had gone paperless and were using GPS to track workers. This means nothing to me. Anybody can sit in our driveway or out on the street for 30 minutes. Their prices kept going up as well. Other pest control services have been recommended by a friend who knows who provides better service. read more

My contract for annual inspections was transferred to this company without my consent. The company began billing me yearly before any service was provided. After I paid, their techs would come on my property without an appointment and then issue a report that they were unable to inspect the part of the house because no one was home. This year, I refused to pay until I had an appointment and a service had been provided. The company responded by making daily harassing "debt collection" robo phone calls - although I had not yet received a service. I made multiple calls to company representatives and thought the issue was resolved but the daily harassing debt collection phone calls continued. I have canceled my future appointment and filed a complaint with the NC DOJ regarding the harassment. After utilizing a variety of home pest control providers over many years, I have found one I will stay with. The folks at Go Forth are everything I am looking for in home pest control. It is very easy to set up an appointment, the technician is always on time, and they do things right when they get to your house. Paul is my technician and I just can't think of any way he could do things better. The thing I admire most is that Paul asks questions and listens carefully to my answers. He never gives me canned excuses like so many other folks I have dealt with. And regardless of the issues my house is having, he gets everything fixed before he leaves. Everyone I have dealt with at Go Forth has been exceptional - that's the best way I can describe it. If you are unhappy with your current pest control provider, or seeking to acquire a pest control service for the first time, this company will treat you right. I highly recommend. read more

We were customers for years with them, and our first service tech was amazing. The last year or so, the service has been substandard. For almost a year, we have had an issue with black ants, and even after numerous visits and even sending out a supervisor, they were unable to resolve our issue. A $4 over the counter product was able to rid them completely within a week. We paid hundreds of dollars a year on a service plan and they were unable to take care of the problem in a timely manner, and they woudl always treat and promise a follow up call or return visit, but never followed through one time. It was always up to us to keep calling and complain that the visit was unsuccessful. read more

Very nice friendly on the phone. scheduled an appointment and tecnician convinced me to sign a contract and give a credit card so they could debit the fee monthly. My mistake , I signed without thinking or looking to close at it . They want $30 every month although the service would be provide every 6-8 weeks. After checking other exterminators I found several that would charge the $30 (or less) per visit not month, big difference. Bottom line, after extorting another $90 from me to close my account I think I am done with them, I hope. Cost me $120 for a one time treatment. They are high pressure sales and I suggest you don't even call them . read more

I had a small Asian beetle that looked like a lady bug swarm into my house the winter of 2013-14. Thousands of them lived in two particular rooms all winter long. I called Othos, Terminex and Go-Forth. The people I spoke with at Othos didn't know of the insect. The Terminex rep said that company didn't do beetles. When I called Go-Forth, the tech knew exactly what I was talking about. Yes, Go-Forth may be a little more expensive than the other two I queried, but it's worth it. read more
